Converted into a beautiful vacation home in 2020 in a perfect location in Hodenhagen in Lower Saxony. Our house has 2 bedrooms (orthopedic sleep system bed & box spring bed), a family room with 4 sleeping options, orthopedic waterbed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed. The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

Enjoy the view over the river into the fields from the terrace or the winter garden. In our 2021 completely renovated vacation home you have space for 7 people. A barbecue, a table tennis and a soccer goal are available for use in the spacious garden. In the lovingly furnished house with fireplace, smart TV and Sonos box you can enjoy yourself. A beautiful playground is a 10-minute walk away. Owner lives in the annex. The house is a wooden rack home so the climate in the house is very relaxing. On your own wooden terrace, breakfast, barbecue, etc. and just enjoy nature. There are many attractions nearby for everyone.

Our spacious, bright 270 sqm farmhouse is equipped to a high standard and has a lovely garden with roses and lavender. The house is located directly behind a dike. Cycling, walking, paddling right outside the front door. We live right next door and are available.
