Vacation rentals with breakfast in Edogawa City

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The place was very clean, quiet, and well-located with the subway within easy walking distance. The varied breakfast each day was wonderful. If you want to have an unforgettable experience in Japan, be sure to book this place! When you pass the peaceful and beautiful exterior of the house (accommodation) and enter the room where the guest stays, you feel really welcome. It's because it's a really cool room with a mysterious feeling and solitude of Japanese tradition.(The house itself is not a traditional Japanese house, but the interior of the guest room is.) If you book a hotel, you will not be able to experience this. It's a place where families live, but there was a sauna and toilet exclusively for guests, so I was able to use it comfortably. If you pay, they will also serve you a delicious Japanese meal. If you want, you can also eat foods such as bread and salad. Tokki's cooking is really delicious and neat. Personally, the fish dish set meal was really delicious. And it was interesting to try umeboshi, which I could never try in my home country. Mr. Toki lent me a bike, so I was able to see around the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, so it was nice to just ride a bike. I went to a public library, and although I couldn't read it because it was a book in Japanese, I liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Also, the family is really warm and nice. I especially enjoyed talking to Mr. Toki, who has a beautiful smile. I was interested in the story of Mr. Toki, who met people from many countries. Tokki speaks English, so I was able to speak my poor Japanese with confidence. I'm sure it was hard to listen to my poor Japanese, but I was grateful that you listened to me slowly. You can take the subway to Tokyo. It was really fun to experience the splendor of a huge city like Tokyo, but the experience of blending into the ordinary life of people with different cultures living in other countries will be truly unforgettable. I would definitely like to visit again next time.

Yoshiko is a fantastic host, from offering to pick me up at Okigubo station to helping me with all matters during my stay in Tokyo, she has welcomed me with upmost warmth and hospitality. The apartment is conveniently located in west Tokyo, just a short distance from Shinjuku, and yet the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing me to have a good night’s rest. There are convenient stores located very near the apartment, as well as many food options available. It is located near the JR station of Okigubo as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Tokyo. Once again, thank you Yoshiko!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was made with such care, and I looked forward to it every day. What made my experience even more special were the owners, Ms. Akiko and her husband — they were truly the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I’m especially grateful for how they went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue at the airport — their support meant so much to me. I can’t express how thankful I am for their warm hospitality. I genuinely fell in love with this place, and I already miss it. I would love to come back and stay again — hopefully very soon!

I stayed for a full week in this house, and really had nothing to report. It's run by a really nice couple, everything is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house but the windows are soundproofed. I really recommend this place.

Great stay, Japanese room is small but comfortable to stay in.The bed is also very comfortable.Only 3 minutes on foot from the comprehensive supermarket.Very convenient.There is a bus to Disney.

We stayed with three family members.The room was spacious enough that my 2-year-old daughter was happy to run around, and we had a luxurious space and a peaceful time.All the furnishings were simple, tasteful, and full of cleanliness.Japanese modern design is scattered throughout, making it calm.There is a calm sea outside the window, and you can also see Mt. Fuji in the distance. The bathroom was also spacious and healed by the hot water in the large wooden bathtub.When you open the blinds, you can see the calm sea and Mt. Fuji. There is also a completely private rooftop when you climb the stairs.There are chairs and tables in a large space, and the sound of the ocean and the ocean breeze in front of you will open your heart. In the morning, it was a cafe on the ground floor, and the nice staff made us a delicious cup of coffee.I walked with coffee and went to Kuruwa Beach for about 3 minutes.It is a very local and non-touristy coast, so you can have a calm morning walk with few people.Just watching the local residents play sup is a relief. It was a one-night stay this time, but I would like to spend a few more days next time.

The Location is good and near to DisneyLand/DisneySea almost around 30 mins by bus. Only a thing to popup, the unit is too small. More than 2 people can’t fit it here. Apart from that everthing is great with this.

A bit of a walk but doable. I’m a Chuby girl so if I can do it, you can do it. I mainly got this place because I wanted a nice place to relax and specifically the wooden tub they advertise and it was so worth it. I soaked in it about three times and was completely relaxed and ready for my trip home.

Very friendly and communicative host. The location was what we want , very close to Disney Tokyo, convenient neighborhood with supermarket, pharmacy & 7 eleven nearby. Lots of paying parking lots not far from the apartment. Some might feel the bathroom is small but the room was clean & tidy. We’ll come back again !

Really nice place to stay. Asama is very hospitable and welcoming. She wants to share her knowledge of Japan and other places she has traveled. And is very interested in knowing something about the country you come from. She offered homemade Japanese dishes. If I ever get the chance to visit Tokyo again. Machiko’s place is always amazing! She is great with communication and so kind! Rooms are compact but so comfortable, with everything you could need! With easy access to public transportation and a plethora of restaurants, it’s become my go to for TDR trips! Thank you, Machiko!

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. A perfect place to stay if you want to visit Disney parks, just few minutes away by bus! Bus stop is literally few mins walk and nearby to Lawson to grab your quick snack! We also love this place as it provides washing machine & iron. However, the dryer is few mins walk from the stay but still convenient. In addition, if you stay more than 2 days i think, someone will come to clean your room (with a cost) but it’s worth it. Thank you so much to the hosts for being so responsive, appreciate it a lot :)

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the unit, which was perfect for our family. The place was clean, safe, and well-equipped, with a fantastic washer/dryer and a delightful daily breakfast as a bonus. Its proximity to train stations made it incredibly convenient, and the address was easy for Uber and shuttle drivers to locate. We’d love to stay again on our next trip to Tokyo. Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Absolute jam! Room is so relaxing and comfy, house itself is gorgeous. Everything is so clean and thoughtful, so many little details everywhere (water, tea, fridge for the quests, etc). Kimie is amazing person, always in a good mood, so positive, I didn’t wanna leave. Breakfasts are amazing. Highly recommended

Motoko is sweet and kind! The room was perfect and breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect because it was close to a train station and lots of activities!.

This time, two of us stayed for two nights. I was able to arrive as shown on the map that I had seen beforehand, and there was a convenience store along the way, so I had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. The breakfast we had for two consecutive days was also warm and delicious, and we had a happy time with Motoko's thoughtfulness, such as changing the taste and menu. Thank you very much!

In short it was a very satisfying experience. House and gardens are tastefully made. Cups and plates are carefully chosen. Equipments and amenities are of good quality. The space design harnesses the ocean view and presents it in a less noisy frame. In the same space opposite ocean you get a picturesque garden view. Strong natural elements meets man-made tranquility in one room. It’s hard to beat. Nobu San was making great effort to make sure we felt comfortable of him being the house master. He did everything, driving, ordering food, arranging meals, etc. The dinner we ordered was quite excellent as well. Thanks to the chef in collaboration. This might be the best small house along kamakura coast. We highly recommend it to others.

Kimie was a wonderful host. The food was delicious and on Wednesday nights she feeds the children who need a good meal. It was the most friendly environment I've been in. Easy walk to Kamakura town and train station. I will definitely return.
