Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Edinburgh Old Town

Very good location!

The apartment was so central in Edinburgh, just around the corner from the Greyfriar's Bobby statue. We were 3 couples and stayed for 5 nights, which was a great amount of time to explore Edinburgh. Kaddeer's apartment was spacious, with 3 generous sized bedrooms and ample seating in the lounge/dining room. We climbed Arthur's Seat, did a tour of the Castle, even did a boat ride to Inchcom Island, sailing under the iconic red rail bridge, on the Firth of Forth. There is a small grocery store across the road and larger ones within 5 minutes walk. Delicious icecream near Bobby's statue. Highly recommend!

good functional apartment which enabled us to make a family Christmas dinner. good responsive communication from staff. transport links very good to central Edinburgh and good restaurants and bars in walking distance

Great flat in an unbeatable location - right in the heart of Old Town, close to everything. There is some noise from nearby bars, which might bother light sleepers, but not all rooms are affected, and earplugs are thoughtfully provided. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a big group. The view from the rooms was amazing! Staying here truly felt like being part of Edinburgh’s charm.

Thank you for the stay! We enjoyed the ocean view and seeing the swans when we had walks around the apartment. The room was clean and comfortable, having sufficient space for the five of us. There was a great seafood restaurant near the apartment, which we enjoyed so much (going out twice out of our five days there)!

Great place to stay, right on the royal mile. In the main room you can look down on what's happening - buskers, tours, restaurants! but the bedrooms are at the back so little noise gets through - great location.

Excellent property for 1-2 guests. Excellent having owners next door and who kept in touch without being intrusive during the stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Only surprise was an Airbnb cleaning fee added to the quote but was not expensive.

It was a great place to stay. We booked this place for new year celebrations and even though town was quite distant but neighbourhood was good. Also, they allowed us to check out an hour late which gave us some flexibility. There was a technical problem with the boiler but Abraham was responsive and was able to come and fix it swiftly.

We had a good holiday. The accommodation was good. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with bath and separate good shower and plenty hot water. Double beds in all 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Parking space a bonus. Nice riverside walk to St Bernard's Well and Stockbridge shops. The only drawback for some might be the steep stairs between the floors with the bathroom and one bedroom on the bottom floor up to the living room and 2 bedrooms on the next floor and the kitchen/diner on the top floor. There is also a steep hill to walk up to Princes Street and the West End. Access from the parking space at the rear leads to the ground floor with access from the street side giving access to the middle floor. All in all everything was good.

So many lovely details, good quality bed linen, great towels, good tea and amenities. Great location. Loved the curtains, colours, cool lamps and fittings. Good kitchen. Our family was in Scotland to meet friends in Edinburgh and attend the Taylor Swift show, which was fab, and we were so chuffed to see the Taylor-bow on the toilet paper! Very welcoming! We found the beds a bit hard, but no bed will suit everyone. Be aware that the sofa bed would not suit someone tall. Our daughters were fine, but anyone over 1.60 in height might find it too short. We were in apartment 1. If you think you might react to a moldy smell you might prefer one of the apartments on the first floor. There is not much one can do about a sort of mustyness that is in many UK houses, especially in ground floor apartments. The Weather is to blame! We anyway enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the care and thought put into the soft furnishings, many lovely details and good quality facilities.

Highly recommended! The location and views are exceptional, and the space is very comfortable, with numerous extra perks that made our stay delightful.

I had such a wonderful stay here! Its wonderful to have a front desk check in availble that can also store your luggage for you if you arrive prior to check in. I stayed for 2 weeks and every interaction with the staff was always pleasant. All smiles and willing to help. The room has everything you need including a very large shower, a washer AND DRYER, oven, dishwasher, and two eye stove burner. A small couch is also convenient for visitors or just another surface to arrange your things. The building was very quiet the entire stay. And a pub ten steps away from the hotel lobby. Tram stop is very close, as well as a massive shopping mall. You are staying in the center of it all. Will be recommending to all friends and family that plan to visit Edinburgh!

Beautiful experience. The place is big and well kept. It gives complete privacy and all the amenities. Must visit.
