Great place to stay in an amazing central location. We had a nice relaxing time and Anne and Simon were very friendly!

Location is right in the middle of Old Town by St. Giles. It’s next to a restaurant so you could hear some of the patrons at night but that is expected for the great location, and didn’t bother me. Super nice place with plenty of space.

Lovely premises in Edinburgh’s Georgian neighborhood. Access to the garden and the private gardens as well was a special bonus. Clean, well-maintained premises. Very central to the City. Will definitely be back.

We had the most incredible stay at The Calton View! It was perfectly located in the city center. We were steps away from all of the modern conveniences we needed yet tucked into the middle of Edinburgh’s rich history. During June the sun was still out after 10:00pm so we loved coming home after a long day and playing Harry Potter chess with a cup of hot cocoa from the chocolate bar set up for guests. We left a piece of our hearts in this beautiful city and will undoubtedly return. Not just to Edinburg, but also to Phil and Sandy’s amazing flat.

Maureen was helpful even before we traveled, with helpful advice on getting around and to and from the airport and train station. When we walked into the flat we were surprised with fresh flowers in the dinette and bathroom as well as fresh fruit, tea & coffee & milk. We arrived in Edinburgh hours before check-in and Maureen met us to work out where we could leave our luggage so we could enjoy some time in the city without lugging it around! SUPERHOST for sure.

Great host, clean, safe, close to everything, and just a 5-minute walk to the train station. This place checks all the boxes! However, don't underestimate the stairs. I work out every day and always take the stairs at the office, but these stairs are a killer. They are incredibly steep and spiral, unlike a hotel or office building. I wouldn't recommend if you're traveling with lots of luggage. If you travel light and are in great shape, it's fantastic!

An absolute gem in Edinburgh! Right in the buzz of High Street with minimal noise to the actual apartment. Spacious rooms with amazing view of the Royal Mile. Location is ideal for Edinburgh stay, but you will get a work out with 6 flights of stairs coming into the apartment. We didn't mind that, but it is something to consider. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Bed and linen were hotel quality! We would absolutely recommend this stay!

We had a great stay! This location is the perfect home base for getting a little away from all the hustle and bustle of old town. It is located right in Stockbridge where there are TONS of cute charity shops, restaurants, and cafes. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place felt very clean. The neighbors we ran into among the complex were welcoming and friendly.

This is hands down the best location in Edinburgh and I’m not even exaggerating. You are right on Victoria street! Our stay at Monique’s Airbnb in Edinburgh was nothing short of phenomenal! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the iconic sights, charming cafes, and vibrant streets. It’s the ideal base for exploring Edinburgh’s rich history and culture. The property itself is a gem that far surpasses the photos. Spacious, impeccably clean, and brimming with charm, it felt like a home away from home. The living room and master bedroom have huge windows that look down upon the Grassmarket. Monique, our host, was an absolute delight. Her warmth and exceptional communication made the entire experience effortless. She was quick to respond, offered fantastic local tips, and ensured we felt welcomed from the moment we booked. This Airbnb truly exceeded our expectations! You will be so happy once you get this place, it is unforgettable!

It is an amazing apartment! The grave yard (harry potter related) is just next to this building. Historical street and area, really easy to walk to the city center. And the bed is super comfortable! Very friendly owner and highly recommended!

Great communicator, super clean, and I could not have gotten a better location. 150yards from the Royal Mile. Surprisingly quiet for a 1st floor apartment. I cannot think of a thing I would want different.

The Apartment was great, we found it easily with the clear instructions provided. The location was perfect, really close to all the attractions, good restaurants and shops. The apartment was lovely, really clean and comfortable, we would definitely recommend.

We stayed the last four nights of our stay in Scotland at Lorne and Frank’s place and it was a great way to finish off our trip. Their home was absolutely gorgeous and they were great hosts. The one thing that my wife and I commented on over and over again was how comfy the bed was. We loved our stay in Stockbridge which is such a lovely and vibrant neighbourhood and this unit was such a great home base for all our adventurers. There are lots of pubs, restaurants and shopping nearby and city centre is very walkable from this location. There are also lots of bus stops you can walk to quickly to get you to just about anywhere you want to go.

This location has the Royal Mile right outside your door. Writers Museum and a great cafe are in the courtyard. Royal mile is busy (as always) during the day but it was very quiet at night (as accommodations face courtyard). Clean and it is beautifully decorated. Our party of 4 were very comfortable. Great communication and directions from Charlotte. Charlotte was very accommodating as we dropped off luggage early to explore Old Town. This was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!!!

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!
