Vacation rentals with a patio in Edgewater

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Nice stay for my family, space was clean, bed was comfy!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

This place was so cute and had everything we needed. We loved the spacious parking lot area out front & that it was away from the road. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

As a super tidy Virgo, this space was well organized and very clean! Brooke was very responsive and the location allowed us to easily get to Boulder and downtown Denver. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy the lake nearby. We loved it and would stay here again!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

It’s a great little place with lovely private back patio and fenced in backyard! Well appointed kitchen, clean, updated, bright and cheerful interior, comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with…We will book this spot again.

Great place to stay, comfortable, clean with kitchen and everything you need to stay for two people, 10 minutes to the shopping area and 15 minutes from hiking trails. Communication with host was great and easy check in and out.

This was one of the best Air B & B experiences I have had. The host noticed some broken blinds and asked to fix them during our stay. Communicated very well and were no disruption. My Labs are shredding right now, so I brought twin bed sheets to cover the white couch. The solution worked very well and no complaints from the host. I offered a couple suggestions after leaving, just simple things that could help others guests. Not only were they receptive, they liked the ideas enough to make the changes that same day. This will be the place I stay for any future trips to Denver.

The place was in a great location. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable, and we felt at home. Theresa and Samuel were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Alex was very kind and communicative. The hen house/casita was clean and nice. Perfect for a couple day stay and way more affordable than hotels and other places in the area. We forgot a couple things after checkout and he let us know and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

🌱Exceeded expectations for our long weekend of Red Rocks, Block Party, Casa Bonita and Meow Wolf. 🌱The decorations/themed rooms made every moment feel like an experience. A surprise around every corner that brought excitement to everything we did. 🌱Of course the biggest excitement was the mystery room- think reverse escape room- 🌱That’s not to downplay the counterpart to the mystery solving and brain teasers— the relaxation and calm of the sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi. 🌱Our masseuse, Storm, was phenomenal- true artist at her craft, a healer. 🌱Our driver to Red Rocks, Huysein, was very friendly and nothing beats the convenience of having a ride 🌱John = most PLUR host and human. He is so easy to communicate with. Even just though messages, I feel the care you have for your home and guests 🌱All the usual things people like to hear about in reviews-perfect! Details go above and beyond. He’s thought of every thing. (Ran out of characters-take my word for it, we’ll be back)

Sarah’s place is perfect. It’s is so close to everything. Was able to walk easily to Union Station (15 Minutes), Coors Park, Diary block, LoDo and RiNo district. Grocery stores close by. We had an issue with the elevator code and Sarah responded immediately and resolved the issue. The patio is large and we loved having breakfast out there. Highly recommend this listing

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

This apartment FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The unit was beautiful, clean, and quiet and it had everything that I needed. You can tell that they thought about what you may need to have a comfortable stay. There was a fan, extra bedding, a blow dryer, and coffee fixings - just the little things that make a huge difference in a stay. The little backyard patio area was gorgeous and so relaxing. Nataliya was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Kelly’s place was perfect….very clean and accommodating! Spent one night after attending a Red Rocks show. Her place is very convenient and close to downtown Golden where we walked around the next day for shopping and great food/drinks at Buffalo Rose.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

Caden’s apartment looks exactly like the listing. There’s lots to do in the area and the bed is super comfy! Would definitely recommend to others.
