Vacation rentals with a patio in Jefferson County

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Nice quiet basement of songwriters full time home. Lots of room to park on the start, nice easy entrance at the side fence with an easy accessible for to get down to your unit! It was so cozy and clean, and the needs were like sleeping on pillows! Had all the dishes we need to enjoy our bagged salads! Just enough room for only two people which was perfect for us. We def plan on staying again!! The only negative reads not being able to control the temp.. They definitely compensate that with having fans available so it equals out I guess! All around, a wonderful five star stay! Highly recommend.

Elevated escape is a beautiful place to stay. Very serene, great wildlife and a wonderful view of the mountains. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The best was the game tables in the residence! Ted was very accommodating. Thank you again for such a wonderful Airbnb! Top notch!

If you’re looking for a quiet place in the woods before seeing a show at Red Rocks like us, this is the place! This easy to find cabin with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing weekend is surrounded by trees and wildlife. Waking up to deer feeding on grass and wild turkeys making their way down the road. Location at the end of a cul-de-sac made for a quiet time to listen to the wind swirl through the trees. 15mins from Golden and Red Rocks made it an ideal location for us. Plus, it’s a perfect place to start the loop of Lariat Loop Scenic Byway. Craig was easy to communicate with and the cabin is well decorated, well lit and feels to be in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get away!

A great place for our family of four adults and one teenager. Very comfortable with lots of seating and space for everyone. We enjoyed the backyard and the game room in the garage. Mark and Jenni were very responsive and helpful when we needed them.

This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

Aracely’s place was very nice, we liked it a lot. It had a fully stocked kitchen, two really nice and clean bathrooms with really nice big shower heads, washer and dryer, a cute little back yard if you wanted to chill there and the parking place was covered if you got the top unit. Overall the place had everything you need for your stay. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. We felt right at home! Will definitely come back again when we are in the area.

This was a great place for the 8 of us to stay while we celebrated our niece's wedding and enjoyed related (and unrelated) activities in and around Golden. The home is situated in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Jackson, the host, was very responsive, and the house was comfortable, tastefully decorated, immaculate, and organized.' I highly recommend this home to others!

This was one of the best Air B & B experiences I have had. The host noticed some broken blinds and asked to fix them during our stay. Communicated very well and were no disruption. My Labs are shredding right now, so I brought twin bed sheets to cover the white couch. The solution worked very well and no complaints from the host. I offered a couple suggestions after leaving, just simple things that could help others guests. Not only were they receptive, they liked the ideas enough to make the changes that same day. This will be the place I stay for any future trips to Denver.

What a beautiful stay for our weekend getaway in Denver. It was my family’s first time visiting a Colorado and they absolutely loved it. Having a comfy home ,made it so much better. Would def recommend staying at this location

The place was on its own, in a quieter area of Golden. It was very safe and secure, and it was an easy pick up area for lifts and Ubers. The condo itself was very clean, and very trendy!

Kelly’s place was perfect….very clean and accommodating! Spent one night after attending a Red Rocks show. Her place is very convenient and close to downtown Golden where we walked around the next day for shopping and great food/drinks at Buffalo Rose.

This was such a cute spot, with larger rooms than even expected!! The neighborhood ended up being so nice and well maintained. It has great access all around the building. The perfect spot for us while visiting. Thanks so much, Aaron & Co!

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

Perfect location and comfortable and stylish 2bed/2bath unit for our stay and family activities. Peaceful and well maintained neighborhood. Great access to NW side of Denver in Westminster/Arvada locale. James was a very personable and outstanding host.

Matt’s place was the perfect landing pad if you’re looking to go to a show at red rocks and explore other parts of Colorado. Matthew was proactive with check in and parking instructions. Home was clean, and had everything you could need for a trips.
