Caverns vacation! sleeps4 pet friendly!

My favorite thing about this home is the patio aera it's very private and beautiful place to unwind after a long day! Check out the Blue binder for rules points of interest! Also local food suggestions! this home is by a busy road altho, the traffic is extremely light at night. if you do need silence to go to sleep I may not recommend this place. although I don't think most ppl would have any issues sleeping here. we put alot of love and care we want everyone to enjoy there time in Carlsbad!

Yellow Brick home! huge yard! beautiful home

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We have put so much love into this home, I'm sure you will be comfortable! Also suitable for the fur babies!Check out the Blue binder for rules & points of interest!

Recycled Art Haven - GREAT Location!

Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

If heading to The Carlsbad Caverns we are the closest in that direction 28 miles GNP 38 miles.This is a great stay for family, hikers, cavers,explorers.Within a mile of shopping centers and a Super Walmart, Dollar general,Chili’s, Subway, IHOP and other local eateries nearby. It also has a new QUEEN SIZE BED It has private parking with a private entrance and a small back yard. It has internet and cable and NETFLIX. I also offer BREAKFAST BURRITOS It’s located in the center of towns witch makes accessing everything convenient. Including Lake Carlsbad which is a 5 min drive.

You do share the backyard with La Fuente (front house) which would be perfect if you have a large gathering and decide to rent out both, you can just retire to your own quiet little space.
