Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

Experience True New Mexico in this traditional Adobe home in Carlsbad. Built in the 1920s, this home has been lovingly updated to modern standards while keeping its rustic charm. Wood ceilings, southwestern decor, & thick adobe walls for peace and quiet. Upstairs there is a kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas & formal dining room. Enjoy this beautiful home with your family when visiting Carlsbad, Nm. This newer 3 bed 2 bath home is located in a new, clean and safe neighborhood on the north side of Carlsbad. Play ping pong, Pac Man arcade games, Snes Games, have dinner under the gazebo, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit - you are going to LOVE this home! 2 bedrooms have king beds with duvet covers that are washed after each guest! The bunkroom has 2 full beds and a Tv with a game console.
