Caverns vacation! sleeps4 pet friendly!

My favorite thing about this home is the patio aera it's very private and beautiful place to unwind after a long day! Check out the Blue binder for rules points of interest! Also local food suggestions! this home is by a busy road altho, the traffic is extremely light at night. if you do need silence to go to sleep I may not recommend this place. although I don't think most ppl would have any issues sleeping here. we put alot of love and care we want everyone to enjoy there time in Carlsbad!

Recycled Art Haven - GREAT Location!

Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

Host was responsive. House was lovely. Perfect place for us to stay before our trek to the mountains. If staying in the Carlsbad area I highly recommend staying here.

We wanted to get away from it all and this place was perfect for us. Due to plumbing issues in the property Peggy had us stay in the main house which was lovely with fully stocked kitchen. Peggy’s husband met us on arrival and showed us around. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful We enjoyed looking at the stars at night and caught a few shooting stars either the Lyrid meteor shower Be sure your vehicle has gas. About an hour drive through mountain dessert scenery to get there from Carlsbad. Would stay there again

We absolutely loved the house! The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for the kids to enjoy time together and “Papa” to relax after our full days out. It was close to the river and plenty of restaurants. Easy access in and out as well. All the little extras were a pleasant surprise & Haylie was easy to communicate with, even suggesting a local event in town. We would definitely stay again!!!

Space was great...clean. My only complaint was that there needed to be dimmers on the lights for Living Room, Dining Room and Bedrooms. There should also be a desk for computer work...to the left of the fireplace would work well, as there is power adjacent. Also a coffee table in the Living Room would be helpful.
