Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

Really nice house in a quiet part of town. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was thoughtful of our host to leave fruit, pastries, milk and juices for our stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio in back- it was dusty and dry this time of year, but we wiped the furniture down and it was fine. Didn’t see any deer- but there were lots of birds! Location was great for us, we were visiting the National Parks and it was a great place to base our travels from. Folks in Carlsbad were very friendly and provided lots of advice on places to visit and eat.

Great place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Very nice property and the host was responsive and helped solved what ever issues we had. The bed is a memory foam mattress that seems to be a bit worn and is not very comfortable. Same can be said of the couch. Beyond that, this location is great for small families or travelers who enjoy their space.
