New air conditioning unit, remodeled bathrooms, partially renovated, with fresh indoor paint, carpet, & Led lighting. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rule

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. Get away to the mountains in Queen

We wanted to get away from it all and this place was perfect for us. Due to plumbing issues in the property Peggy had us stay in the main house which was lovely with fully stocked kitchen. Peggy’s husband met us on arrival and showed us around. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful We enjoyed looking at the stars at night and caught a few shooting stars either the Lyrid meteor shower Be sure your vehicle has gas. About an hour drive through mountain dessert scenery to get there from Carlsbad. Would stay there again

Dr's Rose Cottage

This house was EXACTLY what we needed! Open and spacious, beautifully decorated. The car port, covered patio and yards were so appreciated during the hot summer but not as much as the AC. Sara had the house nice and cool when we got there! I traveled with my Ma and Mother in law, who get along great- they were thankful for the cleanliness , coolness, space, comfy beds and TVs in the bedrooms. our host went above any beyond with communication and she helped make what could have been a real awful time in a hotel so amazing. Thank you Sara!

Our family enjoyed our stay. I imagined that the 2 apartments were stacked, but they are both above a garage space. The directions were great, and we were able to find it in the dark. The home had everything we needed plus muffins! The kids raved about how comfortable the beds were, and I appreciated how uncluttered the space was; it had all we needed without being crowded. It was also probably the cleanest air bnb in which we’ve stayed; even the baseboards were spotless. We stayed to visit Carlsbad Caverns and felt that it was close enough for convince to even go back for the evening bat flight. The hostess was responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again if we go through the area.
