A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. My accomodation is close to public transportation (city railroad to the airport of Munich or to the Center of Munich) as well as restaurants in our marketplace. You will live in our completely new renovated attic flat you may reach via our together used stairwell. You will love my accomodation because of the quiet surroundings and the cosiness. My accomodation suits well for unaccompanied adventurers, business travellers, fair visitors, pairs and families with children.
