Great place in a superb location. Very comfortable with great views and easy walking distance into centre of Cowes.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Great location for Winchester cit centre, easily walkable from the house to see all important sites as well as restaurants and shops nearby. The house was perfect for a family group of six with plenty of space for us all. Great host, great location and property was ideal.

This is our second time staying in this property. We feel like we are at home. Everything is perfectly fine. Great location, walkable to town and very close to the railway station. Moreover, Phillips is one of the best host. He is very friendly and always kind. His response is fast. We are very grateful for his kindness. Thank you Phil for hosting us again!

A beautiful cottage 5 minutes from dog friendly sandy beaches. We loved the quiet location and the peaceful, dog safe garden, we didn’t use the hot tub because it was 28c but it’s a good size and everything inside and out was lovely and clean. Damian was available and helpful. We had a lovely time & I would highly recommend it

We had a fabulous long weekend with friends at Jo’s house. The location was perfect, 2 minutes into Cowes centre. The lounge on the top floor worked really well with the lovely views over the sea. Good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. We had an excellent lunch at Coast in Cowes. It was also good to have an allocated car parking space right in the centre. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the IOW with a larger group.

We stayed here because we had a sailing crew to house for a sailing event and the property offered flexible accommodation within a short walk for the marina.

Stayed with frail grandparents and our two little children (aged 4 and 2). Kids felt very at home, view was lovely. Beach was less than 3 mins walk. Discovered the harbour which was a short walk around the beach on the final day! wish we had discovered it sooner. Very comfortable and cosy. Easy to use everything there. Want to come back! looking at availability for next year.

We have just had a fantastic week staying at Rachel's house. We had planned spending all week in and around Bournemouth town center and beaches, until we realised how much Westbourne itself had to offer and how central the house was to it all. There are so many fantastic little eateries, we had breakfasts in 44 Bamboo, Circo Lounge and Moka Pot and evening meals at Romanzo, Renoufs, the Westbourne and the Lazy Fox. We walked down as many Chines as we could, the prom was beautiful in the day and night too. Out and about we visited Weymouth, Durdle Door, Christchurch, Swanage & Sandbanks. We could have stayed another week and still not done everything we wanted. The house was spotless and very comfortable, there were lots of little extra touches, including a welcome basket from the local Deli, an informative welcome booklet, beach and board games. Rachel's communication was excellent, making our stay very special. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay here, it was the perfect base while attending a wedding nearby. We were also able to explore the seaside and Portsmouth easily. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, we felt very at home. Thank you Stacey.

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

3 couples stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! Location was spot on with a short walk to Gunwharf Quays as well as the ferry port which was ideal for our impromptu day trip to the Isle of Wight! The house was spotless and just as described which perfectly catered for our needs. Parking was easy which was a bonus as once there, we walked everywhere without worrying. All-in-all, I would give this a 5-star review and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda &Trevor!

This is a lovely townhouse, with a fully equipped kitchen & nice outside seating area, plus 3 good sized bedrooms. A perfect location for a stay in Cowes, within easy walking distance of the main high street & harbour areas. Would definitely choose it again.

Beth and Rich were so very helpful and we had really good communication throughout our stay. The property is just perfect, and we loved sitting out in the garden on the hot days. The house is lovely and clean and peaceful and comfortable. We would love to stay again! Thank you 🙂

This little house matched the description and was in a quiet area with a dedicated parking space. it took ten minutes to walk to Fisherton Galleries and a short stroll from there to the centre. If a location with parking is important, this is the place for you!

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying in such a beautiful spacious & historic house near the River Medina. Everything was tastefully & comfortably furnished with 5 bedrooms on 3 floors and fabulous dining areas inside & in courtyard garden as was lovely weather! Great comms thankyou & love to return as was a privilege to stay centrally on the gorgeous IOW

Brilliant home away from home. Lots of nice touches, well equipped kitchen, makes a huge difference when there’s basics in the kitchen cupboards like tea, coffee and sugar and much more than that. Nice sheets and towels, lots of games in the cupboard. Tastefully decorated. Would come back again!
