Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Just as great as the first time. Love the location, so central. Great pubs, restaurants, shops and walks nearby. This Airbnb has everything you need & super comfy beds.

Nice, modern flat in a great location with a fantastic view. Parking complicated but the host sent clear instructions and was very helpful. Would recommend.

Lovely stay, the apartment is huge and conveniently located for exploring the New Forest. Lots of facilites nearby and the apartment itself has everything you need. It’s on the high street so there is a bit of noise from nearby traffic but that’s expected in Lyndhurst. Thanks Jacqui for a lovely stay!

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

The acommodation was wonderful, exactly what I was looking for and I am happy to have found it. The house was fully equiped, just felt like home. Beautiful, bright and very welcoming, at a short distance from the beach. The hot tube was the highligh for the chilly evening (sadly we messed up the water temperature a bit :D) Jemma is a great, allways responsive and helpful. I will totally book the place again for another getaway. Thank you!!!

The location is perfect (10 min walk to the pier and 5 mins drive from Harbour), the place is very clean and nice, with very good facilities (3TVs, one in each room)

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

We only stayed at The Annex for two nights while attending a nearby friend's birthday party so we didn't explore local places/restaurants but it was ideal for our requirements. It is quite a concealed entrance to the property so we missed it first time round but, once inside, we were warmly greeted by Sara and very impressed with our lovely accommodation. We immediately felt at home and both had excellent nights' sleep in our separate double bedrooms with Duck Down Duvets and Pillows. Bliss!! We would definitely recommend The Annex at Capers Lane and hope to return again one day.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown. The host’s thoughtfulness — especially the toys and books for the kids — made a huge difference and kept my toddler happily entertained. Great location and easy communication too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway and close enough to explore some great places. All you hear from the garden is birdsong. Perfect. We stayed a week and visited Winchester a few times, Stonehenge, new forest, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, lymington etc. Very comfortable place to stay and Natalie clearly looks after the place. Thumbs up from us and if in the area again we will be coming back to the piggery.

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

Strides Barn was a lovely place to stay. Lots of amenities and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. Only slight downside was it was very hot inside the cabin and we did not seem to have any control over it.. Other than that it was lovely. Good views, plentiful wildlife and lots of areas to explore a short car drive away.

Fantastic weekend at this airbnb with six other friends celebrating 40th Birthday. We went to Winchester which was really nice,plenty choices of nice shops, restaurants,beautiful parks and of course the weather was spoiling us too. Location of this place is great and the garden view was so peaceful and green. We have had a very tasty barbecue and even tastier Sunday breakfast on the lovely outside decking area. Checkout was good 11am is great time ,and Nigel also had an option for even later time for a small charge which can be a good option for other guests. We have visited the New Forest for a lovely 12k long walk.This was only 30min away from the airbnb. I will definitely recomend this place to others. Thank you Nigel and Sara. Lara’s lovely apartment was perfect for an overnight stay in Lymington. It’s conveniently located, well appointed and we really liked that both double bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom (one en suite). Being on the ground floor, it is quite overlooked, so we felt we had to have the blinds down more than we otherwise might, but that didn’t bother us. It was a little noisy early in the morning, both from people moving about overhead and from the boiler firing up, but we would definitely stay here again.

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Sam's place was beautiful. My friends and I loved every moment at her place! The location and view is stunning, just a few minutes away from the beach and many other great spots. The apartment is so peaceful and spacious and the perfect place to wind down and relax. A perfect stay, we can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and in such an amazing location. Our kids loved being able to walk to the beach and playground, and we loved having a great coffee shop 30 seconds away. The living room was great for a slump on the sofa after a busy day. Parking at the pub worked well. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely stay at Kathryn's flat. Myself and my two small boys spent 2 days here over half term and we had an amazing time. We found parking directly outside, we didn't need to move the car for our whole stay, everything was walking distance. Beach, restraunts, Pier, parks, cinema etc. The flat had all the amenities we needed and it was like a home away from home. I will be sure ti book again next year! Sash

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy
