Our cottage is in a conservation village . We have BT broadband, Netflix ( self sign in ) & Freeview channels On site parking - for 2 cars A quiet spot with lovely views. We are close to Dunbar , with its wonderful beaches and historic harbour North Berwick is a 15 minute drive , passing Foxlake & Whitekirk Hill Lots of Golf courses in the area To the east is St Abbs & Coldingham Bay , a working harbour and famous for being in the recent Marvel Films. The Garden Bothy is a charming, detached cottage that sits within the grounds of Preston Hall Estate, just 12 miles from Edinburgh city centre. The cottage features three bedrooms with two private bathrooms. A modern kitchen and dining room to enjoy meals in. A sunny conservatory off the dining room looking out over the garden. Within the estate there are 250 acres of managed woodland to explore, many scenic walks to be had along the banks of the Tyne Water that borders the estate.
