Vacation rentals with a hot tub in East Lothian

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate which made it comfortable to relax. The hot tub was a highlight for the whole family. The water was sparkling clean. The location was picturesque & convenient. We had a great time cycling & visiting local attractions.

Our time at Aria's whimsical home was inspiring, relaxing, and comfortable. Everyone was in awe of the home's cute and dreamy character and all the whimsical details. Every room was stunning to look at, and it really felt like an escape from the real world. And the dining room / kitchen was absolutely wonderful! Oh, and the hot tub was quite the cherry on top. I also appreciated the straight-forward check-in instructions, and Aria's clear (and charismatic) communications. We loved staying here, and would absolutely take the opportunity to do it again!

We visited with 2 children, a baby and a dog. It was quite cramped but we knew this would be the case when we booked. The setting is beautiful with a lovely enclosed garden and private hot tub area. Emma was very responsive to all Messages sent before our stay clarifying things that were included such as the size of the dog crate, and also whilst we were there. The bothy was clean and had lovely extra touches such a dog treats and a welcome hamper. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the most wonderful stay at Hazel’s cabin. It was so cozy and peaceful. The garden was perfect for my 3yo and there were loads of lovely walks and even a playground nearby. We were in easy distance to access lots of places both locally and further afield. Biggar had some lovely places to eat - we followed a lot of Hazel’s recommendations in the guest book and they were all spot on. We also travelled into Edinburgh which was super easy as we used the park and ride service nearby. A little further afield was the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies which I would highly recommend taking the time to visit. Hazel was a lovely host. Always responsive and very welcoming when we arrived. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but it was well communicated that she was available if we needed her. The cabin was so beautiful and clean and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. First time to UK and was great!

Amazing porters lodge, beautiful attention to detail, very comfortable. Hot tub was an absolute treat. All the facilities to cook during your stay. Perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend with some lovely walks on the doorstep. Will absolutely be back one day!

Great place to stay, everything was clean and comfy. Lots of room, nice hot tub with a great view over the town. Lots of horses on site which adds a cool element to your stay. Good size kitchen and living room. Highly recommended.

We had the most lovely and relaxing stay at the lazyday cottages and it was just what we were looking for. The photos on Airbnb don’t do it justice, very clean and we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back 🥰

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

What an amazing property, the views are outstanding. We hosted a weekend for our family to get together. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the dining table was perfect for hosting family meals. The views from the property were outstanding, and we all enjoyed using the hot tub.

initially there was an issue with the hot tub but there is no was I could possibly take even a star away from this review. I brought the issue to Rachel's attention and she snapped into action straight away. the team went above and beyond to ensure things were sorted withing hours. A host that genuinely cares. A beautiful villa, warm and cosy with everything you need. exactly as described. I will definitely be staying here again.

The house was spotless. The hot tub ready for use on arrival which I he family appreciated. Not far to the harbour and therefore a short walk to the pubs and restaurants. Would recommend it to anybody for a stay.

Amazing house with lots to do. The room at the top of the spiral stairs was just a bit difficult to get into and out of, with low ceilings, and it gets warm up there. One more bathroom for that number of bedrooms could be nice... but it all worked out. It was pretty close to perfect for our family reunion. And it's great for hide and seek! We recommend it.

Staying at this cottage was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the heart of peaceful farmland and surrounded by rolling hills and mountains, it truly felt like we had our own private slice of the Scottish countryside. We spent hours just soaking in the views, it honestly felt like we owned the meadow and the open fields beyond. Pure magic. The cottage itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped. Even though it’s technically connected to the hosts’ home, we never once felt our privacy was interrupted. In fact, we didn’t see anyone during our entire stay, it was incredibly quiet and serene, just what we were hoping for. Highly recommended if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and surround yourself with nothing but nature. Thank you so much, Jenny & Michael!

Very nice, can tell a lot of moneys gone into it!

Selfishly, I was initially reluctant to share a review because I wanted to keep this place entirely to ourselves - it’s a total slice of heaven! I booked it as a little getaway for my partner and I, we stayed in the Sumbawa cabin. The location is perfect and the accommodation has everything you could possibly need. Waking up in the morning and watching the two resident highland cows and stags in the field in front of the cabin was pretty magical and sitting in the wood-fired hot tub at night was total relaxation. The owner who showed us around when we first arrived was very friendly and helpful. We’ll absolutely be back.

From opening the door to closing it again, Tirahs landing was magical! Beautifully laid out and appointed, light and spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there and the view is stunning. What really sets this little piece of paradise apart (other than the amazing view) is the special thoughtful touches and the delicious basket of goodies, cards and even a wee gift that made this birthday with dearest friends so very special. We had a beautiful holiday here and Rosie and Jim were more than accomodating. The lodge was stunning, comfortable and the views/animals are truly stunning. Rosie is an amazing host who greets you with as much information as you wish when you arive then leaves you alone to your own devices unless you need to contact her. Which is perfect if you are looking to keep private as the lodge itself feels very private. Finally the surrounding areas are just a short drive away and I highly recommended Coulter Fell if you are up for a hike! Thank you Rosie for being an incredible host and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lodge. It made this week truly magical for me and my family.

Great place for a day or 2 away from everything. Lovely view of the lake which is literally opposite your lodge. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice secluded overnight. Hot tub was amazing. Perfect temperature and big enough to fit 5 people if needed. Can't fault it at all and would definitely return. Local shops only 5-10 mins away for everything you need.

We here for 2 nights to give our elderly dog Kiera a 'last holiday' and when we arrived, we were blown away by the cabin. The hosts vibe shines through in all the little details. Unfortunately, Kiera took a turn for the worse after spending just 5 hours here and we had to head home to the vets. Lotte was extremely understanding and compassionate when we had to leave the cabin early. We are gutted we didn't get to spend the full time here to appreciate it's full experience, but wouldn't hesitate in booking again. We plan to book here again every year to remember the time we had with Kiera. The cabin is located in a little piece of heaven and is exactly what you need to get off grid and forget about life for a while. the record player was a great touch too! 10/10

Fantastic location! Felt like home away from home. Samantha was extremely helpful with the amount of information she provided when we first booked. Would definitely recommend this anyone looking for a quiet cosy weekend away!
