What a wonderful place to stay! We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views, the window seat, and nice tea selections and French press coffee. It was nice of Kath to offer early check in and to meet us when we arrived to share some instructions.

Four of us (couples in 70s & 30s) have just enjoyed a lovely 3 nights in Tarras..facilities exactly as set out, any questions/issues promptly resolved by friendly and welcoming host..the cottage particularly warm..other highlights looking up at the night sky and the wine tasting (and buying)..yes, an unsealed road on approach but no issues if driving appropriately..

This is a great spot for Arrowtown and exploring the area. Easy 15 minute walk into town and you get all the peace as well. The apartment has stunning views and is perfect for a couple- we had a 5 month old with us and actually perfect for that too! Belinda was agree host, dropping round the key for the gym/pool, and generally being really communicative

Love the ambience, incredible and convenient location with stunning views. The place was super cozy and had a very homey vibe. Toilet floors are heated which is something that we did not know we needed haha - mind blowing. This airbnb blew our expectations out of the water.

Beautiful immaculate Loft barn apartment with views of the countryside out to the lake. Loved staying here as peaceful and so relaxing sitting with wood fireplace each evening. Lovely well appointed kitchen too. Favourite accommodation thus far in all NZ travels and wished it was a longer stay. Will definitely try to return and stay again. Highly recommend. Lucie is a great host who was friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay in Frankton. Anna’s place is a quick walk to New World supermarket, restaurants, and the Silky Otter Cinema. The apartment was super comfortable.

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. The bed was amazing and the bathroom great! We arrived as guests, left as family. I wish I could say more, but I only have 999 characters!

Our favourite accommodation of our NZ trip, everything was excellent! I can't decide if my favourite feature was the super comfortable bed and linen, the heated bathroom floor or the sensor light for the bathroom! Carolyn was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here if visiting this area again.

Ideal place for walking into Arrowtown, where restaurants and walking tracks only 20 mins walk. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Heat pump was always a winner on those cold mornings . So quiet, I didn’t know Laura was next door with her lovely family. Washer/dryer worked well. No one likes to wash coming home after holidays. Thx again Laura, I will be back next year! Heather

Julia’s place offers one of the best bang-for-your-buck views in Queenstown! With two separate bedrooms, it was more than spacious for us as a couple. The living area has a gas heater that warms the space quickly, plus finned heaters in each room kept us cozy during chilly nights. The kitchen comes thoroughly equipped with 4 gas powered stoves, electric kettle, microwave oven and nespresso machine. There's also a washing machine and clothes rack to dry your clothes! The hot tub was a highlight — perfect for a solo soak under the stars, with consistently warm water. The location is super convenient: just 10 minutes from the airport and around 15 minutes to the CBD. Plus, major supermarkets like New World, Woolworths, and Kmart are close by. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.
