Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

這間民宿是多年來我們住過最棒的，是唯一，不是之一。非常適合全家來渡假。住起來，超過家的感覺！這裡使用的都是高級先進的家電，民宿維持得非常乾淨明亮，房間和浴室寬敞。周邊環境也很棒，有美麗的後院，前方露台還可眺望遠方的高山。我們度過四天三夜美滿的假期。好希望能夠繼續住下去....

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast Roger Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt mit dem PKW etwa 30 Minuten oberhalb des des Zürichersees auf etwa 850 Höhenmetern im Züricher Hinterland. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön, richtig ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen und runterkommen. Das Ferienhaus ist für seine Größe geräumig, gemütlich und gut durchdacht. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Wohn/Esszimmer, sowie der Galerie auf den Züricher See. Die Kommunikation mit Roger war freundlich, offen und zuvorkommend. Wer ein ruhiges Hideaway sucht, kann hier wirklich schöne Tage verbringen.

Wir haben hier mit 6 Personen 4 tolle Tage verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht und ist ideal für Wanderausflüge oder auch einfach zum abschalten geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gross und geräumig, jeder von uns hatte ein Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung, zudem sind viele Parkplätze vorhanden und auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt beim Haus. Die grosse Terrasse mit Grill und Liegestühlen sowie das lichtdurchflutete Ess/Wohnzimmer sind das Prachstück des Hauses. Das hauseigene, gut ausgestattete Fitnesscenter ist zusammen mit der Sauna das Tüpfelchen auf dem i! Die Küche ist grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgerüstet, Kaffeemaschine inklusive Bohnen sowie Mikrowelle und Toaster vorhanden. Essig/Öl sowie viele Gewürze sind ebenso sehr hilfreich. Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr, sowie Messer in allen Grössen sind auch da. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Spülmaschine auch top. Die Sauberkeit war okay aber nicht überragend.

Le logement est beaucoup plus grand et beau que tout ce que peuvent en montrer les photos... Lorsqu'on ouvre la porte d'entrée, on a l'impression d'entrer dans un SPA, tellement tout est beau, sent bon, est lumineux et spacieux. L'appartement est immense, meublé avec beaucoup de goût, la vue sur la campagne et le lac est à couper le souffle, la literie est excellente, les deux salles de bain sont magnifiques, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée et que dire du sauna privé et de la piscine chauffée : c'est juste le rêve de pouvoir bénéficier de tous ces équipements dans un appartement qui est en fait comme une villa au dernier étage de ce petit immeuble à 3 niveaux. En résumé, un havre de paix où nous avons passé 5 jours enchanteurs : nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de joie et remercions chaleureusement Manuela pour sa disponibilité à répondre à toutes nos questions très rapidement par message !
