Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your Netflix or Disney+ account and stream away your nights after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A self-Inflating bed takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. A beautiful space on the Rainbow River, you won’t regret staying here! The home is lovely and comfortable and the location can’t be beat if you enjoy nature and privacy. We didn’t use the guest house for our family of 4 but if we had a slightly larger group it would be a great option to spread out. This is a space for quiet time and relaxation, not to be loud or to party, which we appreciated. We arrived on Memorial day and the river was busy but the rest of the stay there was less boat traffic, just a few casual tubers and kayakers floating by. It has lots of floats and water gear and we brought our own canoe which can easily be launched from the yard. We made some fantastic family memories swimming, fishing and cooking off of the back deck and would love to come back next summer! Thanks!

Lindsay's Float On Inn was a perfect quiet retreat for one night while exploring Gulf Coast springs. The house was very clean and well-furnished with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Having the pool is a huge plus, which we enjoyed for a night swim. Our only regret is that we only booked one night here - would definitely come back for a longer stay again. Would highly recommend.

Serenity Cove - Waterfront

We loved our stay at George’s with our toddler and dog. The house was very clean and the backyard was spacious. Very well equipped home with conveniences not included at all air bnbs, which we really appreciated. We had so much fun taking a few of the kayaks out on the river and also rented a boat, which we docked at the house. Our dog loved all the room he had to run and we enjoyed breezy afternoons and gorgeous sunsets sitting out by the river. Cranes, a turtle and an alligator were all seen from the backyard. We felt immersed in nature while still being a quick drive away from grocery, restaurants and both Rainbow River and Hunter Springs (15 min). My husband appreciated the grill and espresso machine. The only downside is the master shower, which js a bit cramped for a 6’2 guy and near impossible for me to shower without getting my hair wet, so I used the bath/shower in the other bathroom instead! We would stay here again!

A spacious bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks and ample counter space. The tiled floor adds to the practicality, while a door leads to a shower area and another door opens to storage. Natural light is provided by a frosted skylight.
