Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was well appointed with great design features. The location was great for easy access to the town and the lake. We used the bikes that were available too. We would certainly look to return on a future visit to Annecy.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Elisabeth and Frédéric were very good tips and available. We'll be happy to go back.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

The space was sufficient and great for us (couple). The terrace and garden are a huge plus. Sunbathe on the deck chairs while listening to the sound of the river and the birds singing, what happiness 🤩 The beach is 15/20 min walk. Walks around the park and on the lake shore are super nice. The accommodation is in a great location and in a private and very quiet environment. Annecy is not far if you want a city vibe. Sébastien recommended places to explore nearby. Recommended!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
