Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Depuis le logement vous pouvez même partir randonner dans les forêts et la montagne du Semnoz et en hiver accéder en bus à sa station de ski familiale.

On the ground floor: - equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa, TV, stove. This large room opens onto a furnished terrace (deckchair, table and chairs, parasol, barbecue) which overlooks the lakeside road. - bathroom and toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms - a bathroom with toilet and hand basin.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.
