Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dugi Otok

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

We had a wonderful stay. The welcome was so warm and friendly. The house is quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of Zadar and many beautiful coastal towns. A fantastic base for our first trip to Croatia.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Petit logement situé en bord de chemin pour entrer en 10 et 35min à pied des 2 entrées du parc Paklenica et également situé sur des pistes de vtt. Cette petite maison en pierre est d'un charme fou et rénovée avec soin le tout avec une belle touche de décoration notamment sur la magnifique terrasse. 2 chambres petites idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque de rien. Surement très agréable en été par la fraicheur des pierres en fortes chaleurs. Douche avec pression et place de parking sous les arbres. A noté que la maison est dans un petit bourg en cours de rénovations d'une petite dizaine de maisons en pierres dont déjà 5/6 sont rénovées. La ville est située à 400m, de quoi se baigner à 15min à pied et un supermarché suffisant pour les vacances à 5min en voiture le tout à 15min de l'autoroute. Un logement parfait et adapté à des séjours pour randonneurs de quelques jours comme de plusieurs semaines.

Mooi ingericht appartement met schitterend dakterras met jacuzzi, ligzetels én zicht op de zee! Een echt pareltje! We kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden... Nin en omgeving zijn absoluut de moeite waard om te verkennen. Pittoresk centrum van Nin ligt op wandelafstand. We hopen zeker hier nog eens terug te kunnen komen!

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben jeden Tag genossen. Es ist super ruhig und mot dem Pool kann man sehr gut entspannen. Durch den privaten Parkplatz ist es perfekt für Leute die einen Mischung aus Entspannung und Aktivem Urlaub wollen, da sehr viel Nationalparks in der Nähe sind. Absolut zu Empfehlen!!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Airbnb. Es war super sauber und eine ganz unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir haben sogar ein paar Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen, welche super einfach zu erreichen war. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach nur ein Traum. Die Anreise war ganz einfach, da die Fähre von Zadar sehr oft fährt am Tag. Alles im Allen ein sehr Ruhiger und erholsamer Ort zum Relaxen und ins Meer springen. wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

We really liked the hospitality of the host and the facilities of the accommodation was on point. Check in was very flexible and Mirjana answered to our questions whenever we had them. Private free parking slot was superb. The location was very practical as it was next to the busy road and shops/supermarkets. However, the noise from the traffic was a bit downside of that.

Boro’s apartment is PERFECT. It is even better than the photos. 10 minutes from a crystal clear beach, 1 minute from a shop and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the place. Boro is a gentleman and was very helpful and flexible. Thank you SO much Boro. I hope we will see you again in beautiful Zadar.

Die Lage ist super, mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Altstadt, aus allen 3 Fenstern, sowie vom langen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist modern und bequem eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts. In 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuss in der Altstadt und in Lebensmittelgeschäften.

Certes, l'environnement ne fait pas rêver mais l'appartement est bien situé, à une vingtaine de minutes du centre historique et 10 minutes du bord de mer. L'appartement lui-même est impeccable, très propre et agréable à vivre avec un grand balcon abrité. La communication avec Petra était facile et chaleureuse.

非常干净整洁的房间。在这里住了舒适的一晚，房东爸爸妈妈也非常热情。

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Anita. De slaapkamers zijn heel mooi en schoon. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar de stad of het strand te gaan. Het plaatsje in de buurt stelt niet veel voor. Er is wel een goede supermarkt op loopafstand van het huis. Het zwembad vonden we aan de kleine kant, maar wel netjes en schoon. Er waren badlakens beschikbaar. Heel fijn! Verder was het prima in orde.

Wir verbrachten mit 13 Personen 5 tolle Tage in Ivanas Haus. Es gibt 5 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, von denen 4 über ein eigenes direkt angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken verfügen. Das 5. Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, jedoch muss man über den Flur laufen. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit einem 3. Bett und ein weiteres großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch grenzt direkt an die Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schon mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Es gab ausreichend handtücher. Der außenbereich mit Pool und außenküche ist unglaublich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren nur draußen. Ivanas Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Ivana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die alle meine Fragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Wundervolles, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus und allerbester Lage direkt am Meer. Baden im Meer direkt am Haus möglich. Fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort sowie eine nette Strandbar und Café. Wenige Autominuten von der ansprechenden Hafenstadt Preko entfernt. Herzliche Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

I stayed at this beautiful villa with my friends for 4 nights and had the best experience. This villa was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need within a home. If you want a peaceful, clean, cosy but modern villa to stay in then this is the place to do it. The host was also really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for local activities/ things to do, sight seeing locations, restaurants and many more. 100% recommend this place

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!

Un grand merci à nos hôtes : disponibles y compris pour nous accueillir à 1H30 du matin en raison d'un retard d'avion, le tout avec un succulent plateau de charcuterie très bienvenu. Hotes réactifs pour répondre à toutes nos questions et très accommodants. Logement en parfait état avec de très bonnes prestations : aussi bien voir mieux que les photos. Tous les équipements sont à profusion. Pas de voisins ni de vis à vis : idéal pour la piscine FKK... Emplacement idéal pour toutes les visites avec beaucoup de choses à faire et voir dans un rayon d'une heure de route. N'allez pas dans les parcs nationaux (Krka et Plivitce), c'est un piège à touristes : 40 €/personne l'entrée pour randonner sur un chemin aménagé) qu'on ne peut pas quitter, interdiction de se baigner et foule...Si vous voulez voir de superbes gorges et vous baigner gratuitement dans de magnifiques vasques et cascades allez à Omis rivière Cétina de l'autre coté de Split Un excellement séjour pour nous à la villa storia

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. You'll have a great time.
