Villa vacation rentals in Dugi Otok

We liked the place very much and more than met our requirements. It was clean, super nicely decorated and modern. We were 6 people and everything was perfect for us! About the pool, the house itself and the space outside. Communication was impeccable and questions were answered very quickly. Even for smaller concerns, there was always a solution without problems. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away and there are many things to do (we also got recommendations for this). It was all great and there is nothing to complain about!

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

We really enjoyed the villa and we had a great time at Iva’s place. The outdoor space is amazing and the inside was tidy and clean. Only thing which was a little “minus” was the crazy amount of flies in the appartement when we arrived and unfortunately the delayed checkin as we specified our time of arrival after a long travel. But other than that it was a great experience and would come back and recommend. Thanks

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week away in Alan and Sanja’s beautiful home. The villa was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 children). The pool, games room and cinema were amazing for the children. The decor was stunning! We’ve taken inspiration home with us. The hosts were amazing - friendly and responsive and provided us with some brilliant local recommendations, including a boat trip and restaurant who did delivery for our last night. We’d highly recommend a stay here.

We rented the place with 10 people for the summer vacation. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The organization by the host, the cleanliness, the amenities and the location of the house! We would come back anytime! A clear recommendation!

Charming garden in beautiful surroundings right on the water. Perfect for switching off and relaxing and you can always find a nice shady spot. You can (e.g. in complete silence around it at sunrise) go swimming, go out by boat, have a cozy aperitif by the water in the evening and have a delicious barbecue. There is everything you need in the house. Great view, especially from the upper apartment. There are shops nearby, but you need a car. Thank you for the wonderful time. Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

Comfortable clean accommodation, each room has a bathroom, a lot of refrigerators that are important for a lot of people, a pool cleaned every morning, communication with the owner at the level , the only mistake is that we have to go home 🤨 We'd love to come back, we're already looking forward to it, and thanks again ☘️

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

Pleasant location, close to the center, quiet, large, plenty of space, very clean and a cool heated pool!

We had an excellent stay! Marta was a gracious host, responding promptly to all our questions. The accommodation was outstanding, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

It's been a wonderful week ☺️ The house is the same as in the pictures beautifully 🤩 a super great location, clean, we felt sooo comfortable right away. Luka is soooo nice, we definitely made new friends. The pool, cleanliness, everything was perfect 🤩 We will be back anytime.

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

Charming villa renovated with a lot of sensitivity and taste, the house is slendide. Lot of space. Well equipped. Swimming pool, whirlpool at disposition, clean, in perfect condition. Five minutes walk to the sea. We traveled at the end of May, we were lucky with the weather and we were almost alone in the beaches. In this period the nature is lovely - everything is blooming, green and smells nicely. Many bakeries, restaurants, ice creams, shops nearby. Hrvoje is a fantastic host, friendly and always ready to help. We also received home made wine as a gift - this was so nice. Strongly recommended, will be a pleasure to come back.

Elena was responsive to our requests and very flexible on check-in and check-out times. The two apartments that make up the house perfectly match the needs of our family of five. The setting is green is very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Elena's dad came to clean it every morning and otherwise prepared everything we needed so we could make barbecues. He also came to empty garbage cans every day. The house being located in the countryside, there are a few insects (grasshoppers, centipedes). we were able to fully enjoy the Kornati Islands.
