This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartment Sara (AP3)

The apartment is located on the third floor of a family house located across the street from the sandy beach in the village of Duće. It has a balcony and private parking. There are 3 A/C units in the apartment. It is possible to accommodate a total of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years). Pets are allowed. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafes, a market, it is possible to rent a boat or jet ski. The town of Omiš, a tourist center with numerous amenities, is 2 km away.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Mediteranea house Nemira is located in place called Nemira with big terrace in nature and amazing sea view of the adriatic sea. Left from the house you have way to get to the beach and you go down and for 1 min by walk you are next to the restaurant "Aga" fantastic restaurant situated just next to the beach. Other way on right side has 80 stairs to get the beach. Just perfect place for you to spend your holidays. Souranded with a nature just perfect place to relax and feel the adriatic sea.

Plenty of Ancient Román sites to visit in Split and a lot of adventurous activities in Omis, such as rafting, canyoning, zip-line, free climbing. The house was built in 1968 but fully renovated in 2020. The outside area is pretty secluded and it includes heated non-chemical pool with sun beds, shower, and two sitting areas with a dining table for 8.
