Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is 100m2 and is located on the 2nd floor of the house. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Brač. It consists of two bedrooms with king size beds, and one extra bed, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartment is air-conditioned, has 3 smart TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. All you have to do is cross the road to reach the beautiful sandy beach and the sea. Near the house there are restaurants, bars, a shop, a bakery and a fruit shop. *One parking space is provided for each apartment.
