Studio 1 is located in a family house on the 2nd floor of the house and has a private entrance. With a beautiful view of the sea as well as the islands, this apartment has the most beautiful view in Duće. The apartment contains all the necessary things that will make your vacation more carefree; TV (A1 Explore, Netflix), air conditioning, mini kitchen with stove and microwave. The apartment has one large double bed and one single bed, so it can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Parking space for 1 car is provided.

Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s king size krevetima, te jednim pomoćnim ležajem, dvije kupaonice, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka. Apartman je klimatiziran, ima 3 smart televizora te opremljenu kuhinju. Do predivne pješčane plaže i mora samo trebate priječi cestu. U blizini kuće nalaze se restorani, barovi, trgovina, pekarnica i voćarnica. *Za svaki apartman osigurano je jedno parkirno mjesto.

Beautiful, new and comfortable apartment Felis in Duće, for 4–5 guests – first row to the beach. This spacious apartment covers more than 100 m². It features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (180 × 200) and two bathrooms (two shower cabins and a washing machine). There is also a living room with a sofa bed (164 × 195) and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV.
