Approx. 105 sqm. The home is located in a quiet cottage area with proximity to both forest and lake. Two outdoor spaces are accessible from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area by the fjord. 1.5 km to the bus stop. 2 km to the city center.

The apartment is in an old, charming building that was converted into a residence in 2011, and rehabilitated in 2024. The apartment is built so that the living room can easily be converted into a bedroom using a closet bed. The closet bed is easily tilted down to a ready-made bed of 150 cm. Bedroom and living room have a private door to the bathroom.

Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
