Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Downtown, Nashville

Everything about Rachel & PJ’s home was delightful. From the check in process, to the decor, the cleanliness and the amenities, we felt right at home. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We ended up not getting out to see as much of Nashville as we had originally planned because everyone was having a good time in the home. The only thing the pictures don’t do justice to is just how steep a hill the house is located on. Once you get to the top, the view from the front porch is amazing.

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and had an amazing time!! It was the perfect size for the 8 of us and was a perfect distance from where all we wanted to go. The thing I appreciated the most was how quickly they responded when it came to any kind of question! Super accommodating about an early check in since it was possible and we needed to decorate the house!

Awesome house! Pool and TV in garage was a bonus. Rooftop area to relax. Close to Broadway. Very clean, cute decor, and very comfortable.

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

I rented Alicia's home to host my wife and her friends for a cozy, responsibility-free girls' weekend where the primary goal was to lounge around in pajamas all day — to read, relax, and connect. Alicia was so helpful in making that a reality. Yes, the house is beautiful, but Alicia's hospitality made the experience me (given I wasn't able to attend and enjoy the house). My wife and her friends loved it, and they were sad to leave. As you long as you intend to respect the rules, I think you can't go wrong here, especially with Alicia as the host.

This house was IMPECCABLE! Book for a writing retreat and was blown away by the amenities, and thoughtful touches around the house - well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, robes, it was an absolute DREAM! Wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be re-booking

And exceptional Airbnb! Much thought has gone into making your stay comfortable. There are plenty of towels and washcloths available. Baths have large bottles of shampoo and body wash, along with extras of paper towels and toilet paper. This is first Airbnb I’ve seen that actually furnished Lysol spray in the bathrooms! We found everything to be spic and span and in working order. We hope to stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and spacious and we had no issues at all!

LOVED THIS! Only reason we have one area 4 stars was due to it being so secluded. If you’re looking to uber to broadway Im not sure this would be ideal, however it was beautiful and so peaceful is totally come here again. Thanks for everything :)

This is our second time staying at Pineybrook Lodge - and I'm sure we'll be back in the near future! Chuck is a fantastic host. The pictures don't do the cabin justice! It was very thoroughly cleaned and stocked very well. From tea, to coffee k-cups, popcorn, to firewood bundles! We were also greeted with a gift from Chuck which was a nice touch upon arrival. The cabin is charming and spacious and fit 8 of us very comfortably. I would highly recommend the cabin to larger groups!

A beautiful cabin & gracious hosts! We absolutely loved our stay while family was in town to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary for our parents. The house is well equipped, cheerful, easy to use & enjoy, surrounded by a peaceful setting. The hosts are wonderful: they think of the small but noticeable details to warmly welcome guests (including fresh eggs from the property waiting for us when we arrived). We'll definitely be back! (perhaps even for a future family wedding in the lovely barn)

My partner and I showed up at night and it was kinda rainy and dark it was definitely a little jumpscare lol but when we woke up the next morning it was the most beautiful and peaceful view . ( It really is a treehouse) The grass was well cut so I able to walk and put my feet in the grass and soak in the sun :) ! I did feel like the house was un-lived in so it had a slight smell we just bought some candles and it made it feel very homey. I would definitely recommend it want some peace , quiet and solitude. 10/10

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Great quiet place close enough to the city to enjoy Nashville city life but just far enough away to escape all the hustle

Perfect blend of country living and access to all Nashville has to offer! Cabin was quiet and peaceful, yet less than 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping.
