excellent Airbnb. I was here for a conference and was within walking distance to the venue. there were also many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. easy to enter and check in. highly recommend!

The place is exactly as described and has a perfect contemporary country music vibe to it…very comfortable bed and furniture…as-well. We particularly enjoyed the vinyl record player. Jessica is extremely quick and responsive to help in anyway including local spots to check out. Would stay again

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

The place is cute, just like the photos, and squeaky clean. Connor was super quick to respond for all of my questions, even the dumb ones that were already answered in the sign in instructions!

Nashloft was perfect in every way! It was clean and cozy, close to everything we needed and customer service was superb! Thank you for providing a beautiful experience! We will DEFINITELY stay again!

The place was really fabulous. close to Broadway, but far enough off the strip to not be crazy loud. the place was really nice. Many amenities in the kitchen, not like cooking at home, but we certainly made do. The closets were huge with ample hangers. Bathrooms were spacious and had some great features, like a steamer, make up puffs, etc. Vik was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay when heading to Nashville and don't want to pay high hotel prices. Location was awesome. Walk 4-5 blocks and you are in prime downtown area of Broadway St. with all the famous bars and restaurants. Yet the AIRBNB was very quiet at night for a good sleep. Beds were comfy, bathroom and shower were great, and a nice balcony for morning coffee. Farrah was available at any time if we had any issues. Would highly recommend.

We were in town for CMA fest and wanted something close to the music but not right on top of it and this place was perfect. Very close to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone, many restaurants, and a great little donut shop directly out the front door of the Burnham. The donut shop even offers gluten free donuts! The pictures that are posted matched the condo perfectly and had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable and loved the sliding doors to block out any extra lighting. We had a little hiccup with the Latch app and Michelle called us and gave helpful tips and we never had any issues after that. Actually it was very easy to use. Michelle was great with communication and quick on responses. We would definitely stay here again!!

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

We loved this little place. Spacious, neat as a pin, floor plan was great. Location walkable to Broadway Honkeytonks, restaurants, etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bed was firmly comfortable. The decor was simple and uncluttered.

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

Danielle and Kevin were great hosts and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The location is very walkable and in the heart of it all. Don’t need a car for this area even if you used it to travel. We walked everywhere so you should definitely add the parking option into your stay. If not parking is $50 per day locally.

Hosts are 100% reliable and responsive. People staying on the property were also helpful when we first arrived (takes a sec to get going with Latch system) Great vibe overall. Cozy bed. Shower head/pressure was great (I appreciate a nice shower experience). Red couch is big and super comfortable. Filtered water out of refer saved the day :) Plenty of space to lay your stuff out. Everything you need. The lobby has a concierge situation for leaving your luggage which is very convenient if you have a few hours to kill before a flight out. Excellent location for walking to Broadway. We ventured to East Nashville which I recommend for something different (The Treehouse restaurant, Buds and Brews, Beyond the Edge sports bar). This unit was super clean and well stocked. Something that future guests should know is that the building is what seems to be converted office space. Office type exterior door and windows.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very thoughtful in what they provide and offer. They were also very responsive and helpful. The place was great and walkable to Broadway. We had an excellent experience.

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

Home was great and perfect for a girls trip! The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. Our check in, stay and check out was seamless.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

Nice place, we enjoyed the location! The pool was great. There was also a convenient shuttle service that got us downtown with ease.

This Airbnb is very beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is easily used. My mom was with us and she has a walker and easily got around entire condo. The master bedroom and bathroom were very luxurious and comfortable according to my son and his fiancé. The 2nd bedroom had queen size bunk beds. My mom and I shared the second bedroom and it was comfortable for her and I felt very comfortable on the top bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom is spacious and modern and the shower was wonderful. We also had access to the rooftop deck which was great and faced the city. This Airbnb also had a covered garage which was great because we were down there when the temp was in the mid 90’s and the heat index was on average 107. So getting into a car that had not been sitting in the sun was wonderful. The building also had great security as did the condo. The host was kind and fantastic about communicating all the info we needed. We would definitely rent again.
