Great caravan very clean and left some nice snacks and all your extra like tea and coffee and cleaning up stuff … Was perfect stay very cozy and amazing views of the lake and sunset :-) Thanks Samantha Will be back soon Darren Appleton.

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

Ideally situated , just minutes from the main square, shops and quay area. Perfect for our 3 night stay which enabled us to discover Sandringham and the beautiful coastal routes to Hunstanton + Holkham. Very high standard of specification .

A beautiful place to stay. Perfectly described and spotlessly clean. Watch the cab fares though because very expensive. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place and fantastic host a good base for what we needed

The Old Piggery was a beautiful and seclusive cabin with plenty to do within walking or a short drive distance! The premises was spotless when we arrived with the bonus amenities adding to our lovely stay. Everything was perfect and we could not ask for a better, cosy stay in the countryside.

In my 8 years of staying at Airbnbs this was the best experience ever. I feel guilty to rate my stay as a five star given that's the same rating I have left for countless other properties that couldn't compare. The house has been so beautifully and carefully modernised it's almost an inspiration. But what does stand out is Sarah's attention to detail. everything so immaculately set out and everything we would conceivably need provider for. We had the best stay ever and words fail to describe how enthusiastically we recommend the place to all future travellers.

What an amazing home! Beautiful garden and the pictures do not do it justice. The inside is also spotless and cozy and great for hot weather! Victoria provided fans which were a lifesaver in 30 degrees heat. We recommend this home 100% and would love to come back. Also all the small touches were incredible like spa slippers, bread and pastries in the kitchen and prosecco water and orange juice in the fridge! Absolutely amazing!

We had a lovely one-night stay at Dottie’s Place. The house was just the right size for the three of us and our dog, and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet area with local shops close by, which made everything really convenient. The location was also perfect for the family event we were attending. We’d happily stay again—thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful weekend stay! Overlooking beautiful fields, fresh, modern and super clean with everything to feel right at home. Krisztina made sure every care was given to my fragrance allergy and the property was totally scent free on arrival. She called to check everything was ok shortly after we arrived which I’ve never had a host do before which was lovely. Krisztina really cared and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would love to come back in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Roman House! Everything was pristine when we arrived and we were welcomed in in person. The house is fantastic! Ample space and excellent facilities. The children LOVED the cinema room! We had a fantastic evening cooking marshmallows on the fire in the garden. The garden was beautifully done and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and we all slept well.

We only stayed for two days but we will definitely be back. The accommodation was immaculately clean and had beautiful views down the river. Dave and Sue were great hosts. They were generally really helpful and also on hand to welcome us in. Dave set up a boat with a motor so we could take a little trip down the river. The 1pm check-in was a real bonus. Loved our stay!

Really relaxing stay, nice and quiet and spotless property. Easy to walk to the local shops/pubs and not far to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a really lovely stay at Mayflower Cottage. The cottage had everything that we needed and was in a really beautiful quiet location. Easy driving to all the costal locations that we wanted to visit. Very quiet surroundings and we were able to have a really good sleep in a comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed a walk each day in the country lanes to visit the goats in a field a short distance from the cottage!! We had fabulous weather and were able to enjoy eating in the peaceful rear garden. We also had a fabulous meal at the Beeston Ploughshare. Really good food and very friendly and welcoming staff. Our stay at Mayflower Cottage was well worth the price paid and we hope that we are able to have a return visit.

The house was exactly as described, with a local store and pub within walking distance. It had all the necessary amenities and comfortable bedrooms. The instructions and communication from the hosts were clear and helpful. We had a comfortable stay in this house.

Great stay at Kristin's place. Its so quiet with great walks from the door step and you can hear owls at night! Massive garden for dogs or to chill in the evening. The house inside looks 100% better than on photos. We have really enjoyed our stay and wish we lived closer to come on a regular basis.

Excellent host. Property as described very comfortable sitting area and useful kitchen space. Nice shower room. Property very well located just a short walk to town and all amenities. Lovely courtyard property within easy walking distance of the cathedral and shops - on-street parking available. Modern and comfortable and very clean with everything you need to feel like you’re at home. Welcome tray with tea, coffee, cereal and other nice things. Would definitely stay again and whilst we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house it’s a lot nicer than staying in a Travel Lodge and worth the bit extra.
