This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. This fully refurbished self contained studio apartment has its own private entrance with off road private parking. Located central to town in a quite cul-de-sac. Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.

3 bedroom house, (2 king size & 1 single) with large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. All bed linen provided. 1 bathroom with a 'L' shape bath with shower over, basin and toilet, & 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Towels and hand soap included. Coffee, tea & milk for your first few cuppas. Two free carparks are within one minute walk. We can possibly cater for motorcycles and cycles in our gated courtyard behind.
