We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. La Mendola Alm Chalet

The luxurious Alm Chalet impresses with its typical alpine design. This hidden place in the middle of the local forests is your perfect retreat: protected from prying eyes, you can relax on the sunny mountain meadow in summer, in the Finnish sauna in winter and in the private outdoor whirlpool all year round. After an active day, enjoy the inviting tranquillity and fresh mountain air in pleasant water temperatures. In the evening, round off the day by the crackling fire in the fireplace.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Stachelburg residence - living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Landhaus Silene

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Villa Shangrila

The beautiful villa "Shangrila", which is in mint condition, is situated in Naturno / Naturns and overlooks the nearby mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Positioned on the top floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Chalet De Ultimis is set amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ultental in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol. The rustic-modern holiday home features an open-plan kitchen with cooking island, a dining area with panoramic views, a cosy seating area with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC, offering space for six guests.
