There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares.   Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

It`s centrally located within walking distance to all tourist attractions in Porto downtown. Guests have access to all the facilities of the apartment and a parking space in the garage. Upon arrival, we will welcome you, check you in, and share tips on what to do or what and where to eat in the city, as well as answer to any other questions you may have. During your stay, we are always on hand to assist you whenever you deem necessary. The property is set in the historical center, adjacent to the Ribeira area, full of iconic buildings and magnificent views of the Douro river. It is a 5 minute walk to the section of the 14th-century Fernandina wall and Santa Catarina Street. The apartment is 600 meters / 9 minutes walk from the metro and train S. Bento station with connection to the airport (+/-35 min trip) At Avenida dos Aliados, you can find the most varied buses that will allow you to quickly reach the beaches, Foz or anywhere within the city or its outskirts, not served by the metro network. If you drive to Porto... In the center of the city, during the night (20h00 - 08h00) and weekends, street parking is free, however during the day, it´s paid and you can only park two hours at a time. There are several parks nearby, we can recommend the better ones during the check-in. Alternatively, if you´re interested, I can book you a private transfer to get you to the apartment. It costs 9€/person (children until the age of 6 don´t pay and from 6 to 12 they pay half price) and it takes 20 minutes to get there from the airport (it can be used for 1 person but will cost 18€ anyway). The driver would wait for you at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. Free private parking is available in the building. Bathroom towels and linens are provided. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.

It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
