We had a great stay in the "Casa da Mata". Lost in the heart of the winery and on the edge of the forest, this house full of old-fashioned charm, well renovated and comfortable, is perfect. Every room has a beautiful view! But the best view is from the terrace where we had all our meals. We also loved our interaction with Fernanda, the best host you could hope for. And his kitchen is a delight! Fernanda feasted us with good garden products, fig tomatoes & eggs.. And very good bread, brought every morning!!! We can only thank her again for her kindness. We will keep in mind this beautiful week perched on the heights of the Douro for a long time. I forgot: the pool and common areas also added a nice plus value to this week.

Beautiful rustic cabin in a peaceful rural setting. The pool and BBQ made it perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. Julian was a great host—responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing Carmen is such a lovely host and the apartment is immaculate We actually were not well during our stay but the apartment had everything we needed including blankets!!! Carmen was an angel and offered us help and magic tea!!! This is our second stay and hope to stay many more times. Thank you Carmen and mr Carmen xx

Apart from the fact that the wifi doesn't work well in the room, it's a great value for the price. It may be inconvenient for those who need to use Wi-Fi in the room. The Wi-Fi works well in the pool. The host couple is very friendly, and the swimming pool in the accommodation is also very nice. It was nice to be able to get to the beach in 10 minutes by car.

Quick and easy to reach from motorway with parking closeby

I spent one night at the home of Filomena with three friends and it was amazing. It has a double bed and a large sofa bed (without separation, it is ideal for groups of friends or families), kitchen equipped with hob and all utensils, barbecue, and the best part of all - the pool! It is a great pool and it was exclusive to us, with lots of privacy, lawn with loungers, a treat. Filomena was very considerate and the husband Francisco who received us as well. It was a memorable experience and I recommend 100%.

Where do you start? First of all, we received a great welcome from the owners. They are charming, present but not intrusive at all. They are very attentive, worried if everything is going well. Then, the property is excellent. Splendid views of the vineyard. It's super quiet. The pool is lovely with beautiful views too. Amazing breakfasts. The accommodation is as described, clean, not overlooked and also has views of the vineyard and river. In short, everything comes together for a great stay. My family and I recommend it +++ Thank you for a great week.

Arantxa's house is a dream. It's a space with personality, that feels like home. A village mansion with exquisite taste.

Our stay was excellent. The location is great, close to the airport. The studio was excellent, had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, as well as the shower. Everything was very clean. Nuno was very helpful and responded right away to any question I had. Would stay here again if I'm in the area. Definitely would recommend this place.

Great value! My family and I stayed here for five nights. While it wasn't ideal for our family with a toddler due to the many stairs, we still had a fantastic time. The place is incredibly quiet—perfect for a relaxing break! The pool area is a huge plus, with all sorts of toys that kept our kids entertained. They were never bored! We stayed in Casa Alambique, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. However, the downstairs bedroom has an old, small bed, so I'd recommend it only for kids or teens. The team was amazing! They offered lots of recommendations and the place was spotless. We had a small issue, and they took care of it immediately. Better than 5-star hotel service. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Whiteside. The location was reasonably convenient but also a really vibrant and interesting neighborhood. Our room was well designed and comfortable with a ducted outdoor space as well as shared patios and lounging areas. It was great to have the use of a week equipped kitchen and washing machine. our only issue was that the code we were issued for entry was wrong and it took some time to get a response by phone. After that everything was great.

The accommodation is as described and really a dream! Everything was perfect, from the communication to the stunning pool, where you can relax superbly. Goncalo's parents are very helpful and friendly people. We will be happy to come back!

The house is beautiful, cared for in every detail and super comfortable. The tasting was spectacular, with delicious wines and well explained. Claudio, the host, was always friendly, attentive and willing to help us with everything we needed. The best: the environment. The vineyard, the view and the tranquility of the place make it ideal for disconnecting and enjoying. Everything was even better than we expected. We will definitely be back!

We were originally looking to stay in Madrid but are very grateful to have stayed at Esteban's place instead! There are many beautiful towns in the region and the environment is peaceful. The apartment is well appointed and generous with bathroom and other amenities. Esteban and Diego were perfect hosts, making us feel comfortable and giving lots of advice about the area. Highly recommended!

WOW. What a fabulous weekend with my friend and her mum just the 3 ladies spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful relaxing house. The most calming garden uber no more than €5 to Porto town pre booked Uber to airport early hours only €15 Can hear roads slightly but didn’t bother us at all Lovely pool area and seating area highly recommend and would love to return. My parents also looking at this for themselves

Very nice area, small, beautifully furnished apartment, but completely sufficient, cozy and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed with very good mattress, place with supermarkets, bakery, bars, restaurant within 10 minutes' walking distance. Beautiful nature, forest, border river for walks outside the door. Communication with Julia was excellent and straightforward, she gave many tips, responded immediately and was always available. We will be happy to come back!

I booked this place for my parents and a few friends (4 people in total) and everything was perfect. Maxima would respond very quickly and it was very easy to communicate with her. The house was impeccable, as seen in the photos, and very warm, which is much appreciated. Also, the instructions for using everything were super clear. My parents and their friends really enjoyed the weekend. Definitely a 100% recommended experience

a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at La Casita. it was lovely to just chill in the garden with my wife while the boys played in the pool or the trampoline.
