This is such a peaceful, almost rural feeling area; a perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. You step into Petra and Dick’s home and are treated as a valued guest, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable bed too. Good if you like walking, close to footpaths into the hills with glorious views!

Very well welcomed by our hosts, before our visit and during it. Amazing value for money and a delicious, home-cooked breakfast before leaving! Lovely, tranquil location: perfect for what we needed before a family wedding locally. Thank you!

A lovely homely feel about this house. Close to town yet felt like we were out in the countryside. A relaxing surroundings for a few days of catching up with family. Sophie provided good information, easy access and helpful tips for enjoying Cowes.

Jane was extremely welcoming and pleasant. She was very attentive throughout the stay and always checked if everything was OK. The location was fantastic - just a few hundred metres from the cathedral and with the added bonus of parking very close to the cabin. The property is small as described but it's ideal for a short stay.

Straight away from arrival we were made to feel welcome & comfortable we were offered free roam of the kitchen & garden. Phil also gave us a lift at no charge into West Bay for the wedding we attended. This is by far the best Air B&B I have ever stayed in and look forward to visiting our wonderful hosts again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fiona could not have been a more generous host. Her house is lovely, breakfast delicious, the bed comfy, the bath water hot, and she could not have done more for us. We were doing a ridiculous long-distance walk, and Fiona's hospitality made it possible. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

We spent a couple of nights at Karen’s studio, the stay was just perfect for what we needed; off road parking, comfy bed, handy kitchenette, clean bathroom and lots of amenities within the studio. Great communication with Karen and easy check in/out. We would stay again, thanks for having us. Xx

We loved The Cowsheds. We have been meeting each year as a group since 2015 and The Cowsheds is up there with the best. It ticked all the boxes and Georgie was very helpful and friendly.

The Bothy is an incredible find in the Wiltshire countryside. The room was lovely, the host put the heating on before we arrived and left tea and coffee plus fruit for the next morning. The view is incredible and we rested really well. Tranquility and a lovely home! The breakfasts were amazing and the communication with the host perfect. We will visit again! We had a great stay at Julia & Steve’s place, they were excellent hosts and they have a beautiful home. Apart from being very welcoming, friendly & offering great recommendations, they also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - checking dietary requirements, storing our bicycles & even putting up birthday bunting for my partners birthday. The included breakfasts were also a strong highlight as well as meeting their dogs & horse - would highly recommend staying here!

David and Paul are clearly experienced hosts. Very nice, open (and funny) and super helpful. We warmly recommend this airbnb. If we ever do anything in the neighborhood, we'd love to come and enjoy the delicious breakfast again!

We had a lovely stay albeit short, only one night. If you want a cosy, character and quirky cottage in a peaceful village with lovely walks and a great pub near by then this is the perfect getaway! Gilly and James were lovely hosts. Thank you for our stay.

Rachel is friendly, polite, helpful and easy to talk to. She helped me with parking. The room is cosy and it has a large double bed which is very comfortable. The bathroom is a spacious, with the dining room, they have the nice decorations that I liked very much. I would recommend Rachel's lovely home.

Fantastic property, just what we needed for the month. Clean and tidy, property very warm which was a godsend when you have ben outside all day. I would definitely come back again.

Beverley and her husband Ian was so friendly and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and exactly what I needed. They made me feel right at home, letting me freely use their kitchen and bathroom. She even let me help out in their beautiful garden! The house is right next to the station and only 10 minutes walk to Totnes main street. Perfect location for me to explore Totnes and surrounding areas. They were so accommodating as they let me store my luggage on the day of checkout as there were no-one else booked in that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in Totnes!

I had a great stay. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Anna was a very good host. I had regular communication before my arrival as I had quite a complicated journey, but she was flexible with my arrival time and made sure everything was ready when I finally did arrive. Continental breakfast was delivered to the door of the accommodation and it was very well received. Thank you, Anna.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Darren and Chi’s place. They are really a super host! Very responsive in communications, flexible in accommodating our check-in schedule, providing all useful information about Bournemouth city center as well as nearby places, and doing their best to make you feel like home! The morning breakfast prepared by Chi is sumptuous, and making our stay really unforgettable! It’s our first time visiting the Jurassic coast, and we were super lucky to find their room listing in Bournmouth where we make it as a base for our long weekend trip! For sure we would recommend their place to anyone who plan to visit Bournemouth and nearby towns and sights, and definitely we would love to come back again some time in the future!

Staying with Alison is just perfect and I really look forward now to my visits to Dorset and Somerset. The views are sensational and the facilities are perfect and Alison is such a wonderfully natural person to be around with - what more could you ask for really whether you are in from a working day or on holiday? Lyn and John were fantastic hosts - being generous with lively conversation but also providing options for privacy as desired. I paid a reduced rate due to some regulars being out of town, but they are already providing an excellent value classic bed and breakfast service with homestay personal touches. Lyn offers a full cooked breakfast and cereals to all guests, but was happy to make adjustments to tastes and needs. John also makes a tasty coffee from the espresso machine. I would be glad to return if I am able to find a moment when they are not fully booked!

A quaint cottage in rural surroundings. We felt very comfortable and the breakfast was laid out nicely for us in the morning (Including cook your own eggs). Abigail was available on arrival and recommended a great pub for us to eat at. Many thanks.

I stayed with Avril for one night and she is a very good host. The place was spotless, and in my room, which had a lockable door, I had tea and coffee making facilities, plus use of the main kitchen, for which she had bought me bread to toast for breakfast, as well as some chocolate filled buns. It's now my go to place to stay whenever I visit the area.

Thank you Clare for our lovely stay. We had 2 children that loved the pool in the sunshine. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the rest of the property. A lovely tranquil stay just what we needed! The only concern for other holiday makers would be the steps upto the mezzanine level. Was absolutely fine for us but if you are little unsteady or have younger kits it may be an item of concern. Our 11 and 9 year olds loved it. Thanks again Clare, lovely property in a great location.
