Our house is therefore the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides or even just a walk. Four restaurants are within 3 – 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.
