The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a small anteroom, bathroom with shower/toilet + window, a spacious eat-in kitchen with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove with oven, and a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machines (filter and capsules). All rooms are sunny and have balconies. There are 2 TVs. There is a shoe dryer in the basement and plenty of parking in front of the house.

The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
