Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Alle Räume sind sonnendurchflutet und haben Balkone. Es gibt 2 Fernseher. Im Keller ist ein Schuhtrockner, vor dem Haus sind genügend Parkplätze.

Various hiking trails and bike rides lead directly from the apartment to the nearby mountains and alpine huts. Our swimming pond and sunbathing area in the garden opposite can be used free of charge. Dorfgastein can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
