Great farmhouse for groups of friends and family. Part of a small estate of 5 gites. Plenty of space for everyone. With lots for all ages to do, including a large pool, games room, private fishing lake, bikes, fire pit, pizza evenings (summer only) Near to Villebois Lavalette and great base for Dordogne and Charente. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, range cooker, and lovely antique dining table. My place is located on a private impasse estate on the southern heights of Sarlat 20 minutes walk from the city center. You will enjoy my place for its great comfort, its tranquility, its complete equipment, and its heated pool from May to September. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). A road not accessible from the property can bring some noise disturbances during busy periods.
