Florent's apartment is beautiful, typical for hot summers it will be perfect. The location is ideal in the heart of Périgueux between 2 squares with restaurants and bars, shops and the Montaigne parking lot that is easy to book via the Indigo app, it is a plus for the accommodation and serenity. Florent was able to guide him for the video projector and an apartment like this without a visible TV but with this hi-tech system, I love it. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you for this stay and the sun that came with it.

Roxanne is a very welcoming person, the apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, an address that I recommend to everyone, for my part I will come back with great pleasure.

We absolutely loved this place! We stayed for a month and found so much to do locally. It’s super walkable with lots of restaurants and a biweekly market just steps out the door. You can very easily reach the river for amazing views of the isle river and the striking cathedral. There is also a wonderful path along the river if you want to get some exercise. We also found this to be a good jumping off place to visit a lot of the attractions of the Dordognne region. The beds are comfortable as are the living and dining spaces. As a note, if you are driving, you’ll need to park near the river and walk up the hill. Views from the apartment are very charming and you’ll never want to leave!

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Teflon cookware and frying pan should be replaced very quickly. We didn't dare cook with it. It's a shame because everything else was perfect. We would recommend staying here!

We had a very pleasant stay at Richard's apartment. It is very well placed to access the port and old quarter of Bergerac as well as restaurants and cafes. The view from the balcony of the Dordogne and Bergerac is great! Richard also gave us helpful tips on choosing a restaurant :)

This was a very charming, quiet and very well located place to stay! With plenty of room for everyone and separate areas to relax in, even with 15 people. Annaick was super friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend if you're two or three families hoping to rent something together in the Dordogne.

We had the most wonderful stay! The place is incredible and couldn’t believe the amount of space and room for the money. The pictures and description don’t do the place enough credit. There is space for all the family and the central courtyard area is a beautiful setting for being together and eating Al fresco. The set up of the house made it perfect for the children with their own ‘wing’ with pool table and cinema room! My 81 year Dad was able to access everything with a downstairs room. The kitchen area is amazing with everything you could need. Every detail has been thought through. James is a brilliant and responsive host who was quick to answer any queries. A huge thank you and shout out to Louise and Richard who were so friendly, warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as perfect as it was. The outside area is stunning and the pool area is perfect! A charming French retreat is the perfect description for this fabulous place.

Very nice house, well equipped, clean and has a very nice games room ( not heated) . As mentioned by other guests be careful the steps to get upstairs are difficult to climb or down for young children or the elderly because they are very high. Which for us was not a problem but better to know. Mickael was a very welcoming and friendly host The environment is exceptional: the house is located on the edge of wood. it is extremely quiet and relaxing. we were able to see deer in the morning or in the evening. The beautiful starry sky without light pollution ( certainly more pleasant in summer, we will probably come back to enjoy the pool too)

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Thomas's. The accommodation is very well equipped, perfect for children to have fun. The presence of the vegetable garden, chickens, all the outdoor amenities make the stay very pleasant for young and old alike. The natural pool is a great discovery. Marie and Thomas are very responsive hosts, which is nice. We thank them for our stay.

My wife 'sand I had a wonderful stay at Michel's place. A very comfortable home with beautiful and spacious garden and great pool. The hosts met us on arrival and spent quite some time explaining the features of the house, assuring us that we could contact them at any time for any question.
