This building is really worth knowing about. Nina and Axel are very organized and efficient in giving all the instructions and in an ultra-fast way. Heated pool and outdoor facilities really very good, being sick as well as my mom, we enjoyed it! The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

Perfect location, met by hosts at convenient time to us. Very accommodating. Walked into Sarlat, took 20 mins. Steep walk there and back! Ok for us. Variety of menus available in Sarlat, spoilt for choice. Can’t fault the place.

We had a lovely stay on the Sarlat side. The accommodation offered is as described, the bedding is pretty good. One small thing: remember to bring your utensils for the BBQ. The pool is nice, but only one of the 2 was open when we stayed. On the other hand, it's often hard to fully enjoy it because of the world and the kids jumping on you... A guide sheet is available in the home with local must-sees. Thanks again to Michel for hosting us.
