The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. We welcome everybody, singles, families, pets...

Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. The studio I propose is 25 m2 in the heart of green Périgord. Our house is a 15-minute drive from Périgueux, 20 km from Brantôme and Bourdeilles. This apartment is close to an equestrian center (which we direct), hiking trails and the river (canoes). It's good for couples, solo travellers, business travellers, and families (with kids). A soothing vacation in symbiosis with nature!
