We enjoyed Bruno's accommodation which is functional, well located and good for the few days we spent on Oleron Island. Bruno is very helpful and very responsive and gave us good information about access to his home. We had no problems finding the residence and the explanations were very clear. The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

We were warmly welcomed with very appreciable little touches when we arrived. Laura's accommodation is well located, the proximity to the beach is very nice, moreover the residence is very quiet and children can play safely. The accommodation is well equipped . Negative point for us, the accommodation was very humid (we found a damp/mold stain on the baby mattress of the umbrella bed) Personally, I would recommend cleaning the sofa cover as well as the cushions that had some stains.

Very nice little stay despite the bad weather in this very nice apartment ideally located. Everything is available so you can feel at home. Very clean rental, independent check-in and check-out thanks to the key box which leaves more freedom but prevents any meeting with the owners who remain available if needed. Parking at the bottom of the rental, nearby shops, colorful cabins housing atypical artists right next door, walk around the citadel and various and varied restaurants all around. In short, everything is there for a great stay and if the sun is present it is the ideal rental.

Antoine has done a wonderful job presenting this small apartment as a perfect place to stay. It is exactly as described and Antoine is a wonderful host, very responsive, accurate simple instructions. I would highly recommend a stay here!

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, great rental. looking forward to returning.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the calm, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it's not a lockbox, it's appreciable.

Perfect accommodation for two, easy to access and ideally located. Beautiful bedroom, very large bathroom, very clean and well decorated, no complaints. We will definitely go back during our next stay in La Rochelle.

Celine is very friendly and accommodating. She responds immediately to questions. The small apartment is perfectly furnished. We slept very well in the beds. It was really the best equipped kitchen I've ever had on vacation. (French people) :) From the terrace at the back, you can see a small sailing harbor. A perfect place to relax. Thanks a lot Celine!

We had a pleasant stay at Arlette's! The accommodation is functional and very well located (close to shops and the beach). Communication was very smooth with Arlette.

Studio is as shown in the photos, well appointed and has everything you need for a few days. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is then a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we'll be happy to come back! thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and trust.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is great, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved within hours, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

Perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay. we liked: Complete equipment, the tastefully furnished accommodation, comfort of the bedding, the cleanliness of the place, the very nice terrace, the calm and the proximity to the center of the fleet, accessible on foot. Although we did not meet him, we enjoyed the exchanges with Nicolas and the care he took to facilitate our arrival. i highly recommend this place.
