A modern furnished apartment on the 10th floor of a high-rise, with impressive views of the harbor and sea. The parking in front of the house is very commendable, as the parking situation in La Rochelle is catastrophic, especially on weekends. Instead of spending half an hour looking for a parking space, it is better to walk along the water into the city in a quarter of an hour. A good supermarket and a great bakery can be reached in 3 minutes by car. Check-in went smoothly, even without Pascal's presence.

Great value for money. In addition, an apartment that makes you want to stay, with travel souvenirs, less impersonal than many others! Léa is very responsive and friendly!

Spacious and modern apartment, ideally located with a large, very nice balcony. Everything can be done on foot, however, the square on which it is located is very "lively" so noise, music etc. quite late at night, fortunately the bay windows insulate well from noise. We intend to rent this property again.

We had a pleasant stay at Arlette's! The accommodation is functional and very well located (close to shops and the beach). Communication was very smooth with Arlette.

Very good stay at La Cotiniere, modern and well laid out studio with plenty of storage. Close to shops and restaurants (but without the noise) Bike rental nearby to discover this beautiful island We will come again

The apartment rented by Serge is a gem, wonderfully located, furnished, arranged and decorated with a perfect balance between practicality and good taste. Stéphanie's hosting makes everything easy from the moment you arrive. An unforgettable stay in an enchanting environment, with a return in the evening to a cozy cocoon from the balcony of which the sunsets are a fairy tale.

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, great rental. looking forward to returning.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the calm, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it's not a lockbox, it's appreciable.

Perfect accommodation for two, easy to access and ideally located. Beautiful bedroom, very large bathroom, very clean and well decorated, no complaints. We will definitely go back during our next stay in La Rochelle.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

Great apartment!!! Great location and the terrace is well oriented, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, the bedding is COMFORTABLE. The outdoor space is good with the furniture that goes well!!! and next to the pool. Access to the sea is close to the apartment! We recommend and will be back!!

Very nice apartment, bright and functional. Close to restaurants, Port des Minimes and the Perthuis forum (the place we had to go). The place is easy to find (except the lockbox, but we understood why), very nice environment with the port nearby. Remember in case of another stay in La Rochelle.
