Charm, simplicity, comfort, in 20 m2 of independence. For globetrotters: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, griddle, fridge, dishes. No stove or oven. Small wooden terrace overlooking the garden. And the silence. In the quiet of a village, with fields, bike path, forest, sandy beach, sunsets all nearby... About 2 km away, the village and its shops and just a little further, fishing port, restaurants, markets and many activities. And then 700 m away, the ocean.

24m2 studio with mezzanine in an independent building. Renovated in 2023. The beach at the end of the street. Possibility of 4 beds max (double bed on mezzanine "bunk" and sofa bed in the lounge area). The front door leads into the alley. No parking space adjoining but parking is 50m away. Super Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and lots of facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thank you for the bike:)). The large parking lot of Place Carnot is 100 m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

Very spacious and well-appointed house, large and enclosed exterior (perfect with dogs) and a big plus with the heated swimming pool. Very well located for exploring the island and appreciable walking distance to the beach. Nelly's great flexibility on check-in and check-out times with responsive response. Some equipment could do with being repaired or replaced so that everything is perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!
