Large apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with spectacular views of the Dolomites, suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For groups of up to 7 people, I offer 2 rooms with amenities including linens, kitchen with dining area complete with dishes, bathroom with shower, panoramic balcony, laundry, parking space and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge under Mount Pelmo at the summit of 3,168 m. On clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Essenza Alpina: a stone's throw from the center and nature

Characteristic apartment located in the village of Parech di Agordo, at the foot of the mountains (very close to the start of the trails) but at the same time a stone's throw from the center. It consists of living room with kitchenette and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with window, stairwell to be used as a storage room. The living room features a large sofa that can be used as two single beds. Outside, a small green corner. Possibility of parking nearby.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Stachelburg residence - living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

This newly built flat is located near the town of Brixen. Let your gaze wander over the famous monastery, vineyards and the peaks of the Alps. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Vacation on the Moandlhof farm

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time. The Moandl farm is worth a trip for those seeking relaxation as well as active vacationers in summer and winter. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
