Vacation rentals with a patio in Dobreć

Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

Saša host impeccabile: reattivo, disponibile e sorridente. Vista mozzafiato, ambiente nel verde. La strada per arrivare alla struttura non è comodissima, ma si fa volentieri uno sforzo 😊 unica cosa da segnalare: l’acqua fredda viene con un getto molto debole e lo sciacquone impiega molto a ricaricarsi. Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben und wie die Fotos es zeigen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse unglaublich. Vesna hat uns freundlich empfangen und geholfen das Gepäck in das Apartment zu bringen. Man sollte aber schon gut Treppensteigen können,weil der Weg vom Apartment zum Parkplatz vom Auto etwa 90 Stufen hat. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit🙂

Alloggio comodo, spazioso e fornito, sia in bagno (con lavatrice e prodotti x la pulizia), che in cucina (stoviglie, frigorifero, forno a microonde), dotato di tutti i comfort, compreso tavolo biliardo e altri giochi da tavolo. Self Check-in e check-out con indicazioni precise. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima soluzione x nuclei familiari numerosi.

Superschöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft auf gepflegtem, neuwertigen Anwesen. Ivana war die beste Gastgeberin, die wir bisher hatten. Auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und bei Problemen sofort jemand vor Ort ansprechbar, um zu helfen. Aufgrund der Winterpause gab es ein Problem in unserer ursprünglich gebuchten Wohnung, weshalb wir ohne Aufpreis in eine andere Wohnung (die deutlich größer und eigentlich viel teurer gewesen wäre) ziehen durften. Alles in allem ist das für mich eine 5-Sterne Dienstleistung, wie ich sie sonst nur in Luxushotels erlebt habe. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der in der Gegend ist.

We especially loved the minimalistic design—clean lines, calming tones, and a clutter-free vibe that made the space feel extra peaceful. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and quick. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with great taste in design!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes Quartier nicht nur für den Kurzurlaub. Guter Stützpunkt fürs Chillen und Ausflüge machen, sei es zum Baden, Sightseeing oder mehr abenteuerliches (Wandern, Höhlen, etc.). Als Plus gibt es auch verschiedene selbstgemachte Imkerprodukte bei Ales zu kaufen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, die Umgebung war super ruhig, aber alles wichtige in 15-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war in einem top Zustand, besonders hervorzuheben sind die Außenanlagen, welche liebevoll gepflegt waren. Auch die Innenräumen waren allesamt sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Badezimmer neu und sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend und gab es einige Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung war traumhaft! Sowohl die Räumlichkeiten, als auch der Außenbereich waren sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe gemacht. Bei jeder Frage haben wir sofort eine qualifizierte Antwort und Hilfe bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder 🙏 Vielen lieben Dank für den netten Kontakt und die Freundlichkeit ❤️

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Vali & Zdenko. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und uns wurde alles persönlich gezeigt. Zur Begrüssung gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und wir durften die letzten, selbst angebauten Trauben kosten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Nachbarn waren nett. Der beste Part war für uns aber definitiv der Ausblick aufs Meer und der grosse und gut gepflegte Pool. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir gemütlich auf der überdachten Terasse essen. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Opatija (mit ein paar Höhenmeter). Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

Adriano ist a super Host! Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut verbindet mit der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut, der ist sehr nett und freundlich. Gerne weiterempfehlen!!!

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)
