Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Gosti mogu uživati u predivnom pogledu na more s privatnog balkona, savršenog za opuštanje uz jutarnju kavu ili večernji zalazak sunca. Apartman je moderno uređen i opremljen svim pogodnostima, uključujući potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, udoban queen-size krevet, brzi Wi-Fi i pametni TV, pružajući osjećaj doma. Na raspolaganju je i besplatno parkiralište, čineći boravak još praktičnijim i ugodnijim.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
