Overall, this was one of the best Air B&Bs I've stayed in across the states. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like all the way down to the furniture. The neighbors were friendly and personable. Our host, Ms. Sheri was very responsive to any questions we had and left no stone unturned when it came down to details on how to enter the home, enjoy the home, and leave the home. Everything was clear and precise. We had a wonderful time enjoying the water sports as well as all the amenities the home has to offer. Thank you again. 10/10 most definitely would return.

The house was awesome very spacious and private at the same time. Huge deck leading down to the dock was perfect for the boat . Very well equipped with all the necessities ! I would definitely recommend and will come again . Perfect host very quick to respond ! My family truly enjoyed the weekend.

Our family has rented several homes on the water in Discovery Bay and by far this is one of our best experiences. Host (Amy) was incredible, house was beautiful, super quiet, and we all felt like it was our home - versus a rental. Just can’t say enough!

The house was great and accommodated our family well. The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have a third bathroom. With small kids, they had plenty of room to play and the bunk bed room was perfect. Everyone had a great time.

Ryan’s House was amazing, I booked this beautiful house for 1 week during Christmas time for the whole family and kids. Everyone loved it, and can’t wait to go back. This house has enough space for everyone. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaking, kid Toys and hot tub. The guys enjoyed being able to just walk outside and fish all day. I enjoyed all the games they have, huge dinner table for everyone to sit around eat, and talk. This awesome house has everything you need.

Suzanne was an amazing host. When we arrived, we found it easy to check in, and she had provided us with instructions on everything that the place had to offer and how to use each thing. The house is on the older side, but even with that, our family had a great time. The homeowner kept in contact with us the entire time we were there and was very responsive to every need we had!

The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. Amy was a fabulous host and her place is ideally located - only a few blocks from downtown. It is very well appointed and had everything one could possibly need. The three apartment set up is awesome for big groups/ families that want to be together but have some privacy as well. I would definitely recommend Amy’s place to anyone . It was a great experience. Amy was very accommodating and easy to work with.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and I plan to stay there every time. I’m in town if I’m able. Very sweet, pretty little home. Perfect for a single person or a couple.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

The place was in a really nice area wasn’t too far from shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet which is nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone stopping by the city

Couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb for our extended stay of nearly 5 months and host. Carolina is incredible, caring, super helpful with recommendations for my little family, from places to go eat, parks, gyms, etc. We even saw her husband for chiropractic adjustments, which was amazing. The place was beautiful, had everything we needed, and close to so many incredible restaurants, parks, shopping, etc. Carolina definitely went above and beyond, always super responsive and trying to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible. She even stocked up our fridge with our food staples so when we got in, we could have food to eat and not stress about it (which is nice after flying for over 24 hours with two little kids) and anything we needed or she thought we needed, would just supply it I will definitely book again when we come back again and am so grateful we found our little home away from home when we come back to America to visit family.

Had a very peaceful stay! Extremely nice host , had everything tidy, answered very fast. Really appreciate how understanding and helpful she was with accommodations! Loved everything! Only issue was the street parking On a busy road and how fast it gets filled up but other than that definitely loved my stay!! Thank you Peaceful, will definitely be back!

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!

Very clean and nice place - the decor was as good aa it looks in the photos. Highly recommend.
