Very attentive, thoughtful space. Very clean, organized, well supplied and welcoming (without any excess clutter). Felt right at home immediately and the space was larger than I expected. The comfortable mattresses were appreciated. Exceptional location with less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street. I would definitely consider staying again.

Felt right at home on the Blue River. Shannon’s condo was very clean, comfortable, tastefully appointed, and well equipped. It served as a perfect retreat as I explored the area, worked remote, and got in some late spring skiing. The location is great! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the river as I worked. The kitchen proved to be properly stocked with stainless steel cookware and gas range, and the bed was comfy too. Nice! Shannon was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions / instructions to make check in/out a breeze and stay as seamless as possible. Great experience and I’d love to stay again next time I’m in the area!

Justin’s place was fantastic! It has the most beautiful view of Dillon Reservoir and the surrounding mountains. The place was spotless, easy to find, and all around everything we wanted and needed for my family’s ski getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I came to Breckenridge for our grandson’s destination wedding. The accommodations we booked were absolutely perfect. The king size mattress was very comfortable and, with two full bathrooms, my wife and I were each able to have our own. Thoughtful touches abounded, such as a power strip next to the bed and a fresh bag of Peets coffee in the kitchen. And many more thoughtful surprises. The joyful sound of cascading water three floors down from our balcony was sublime. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this location in Breckenridge. We will be back!

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a mountain getaway! Beautiful lakeside location yet close to town and an easy drive to keystone. Well kept condo, very clean and nicely decorated. Look forward to coming back!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Laurie’s spot is absolutely perfect! The views are unbeatable, offering a stunning panorama of the lake and mountains. It’s conveniently located near RiverRun Village and Dillon, making it easy to explore. We had a great time skiing, walking around the lake, and even swimming. The condo was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This place is amazing. I love everything about it. I would definitely book again. One thing to note, the house has a nema 14-50 outlet that accommodates a Ev charger but the house does not have an actual charger for an electric vehicle.

Gorgeous house in an amazing location! House was the perfect size for our group of 10 - couch in the living room could fit everyone which was a plus! We arrived and the house was in pristine condition. Rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Hot tub was also large compared to other mountain houses we’ve stayed in. Location-wise, we were only a short ~10-15 min drive to Peak 8 and 9 at Breck. We opted to either be dropped off by friends or Ubered. Bus stop was close to house though as another option for future renters. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again!

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

Jennifer’s place looked just like the photos. There was plenty of room for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

Perfect location for Summit County activities. Great Mountain View’s and right on the lake. The location cannot be better four minutes to groceries fifteen minutes to ABasin. Easy access and very quiet and peaceful during our stay.

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

We really enjoyed our stay the place was very clean and the views were absolutely beautiful, would definitely stay again!

We can't say enough about how great Erin was. She was super nice and very responsive. She was by far the quickest and friendliest host we have had through Airbnb. We had a medical situation while we were there and she even offered to set us up with a doctor friend if necessary. Condo had everything we needed to cook three meals a day including basic spices, etc. to get you started. Plenty of space for 6 of us to eat together, play games, or hang out on the sofas. Kids took advantage of the hot tub each night. Very close to downtown, grocery store, and bus shuttle to Copper Mountain Resort. Check in and check out were very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back; maybe in the summer to enjoy a different kind of fun.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

Perfect location if you are going to Keystone, Breckenridge, or even Vail. Five minutes or less to Keystone by car, or you can also use the Keystone free shuttle which has a stop next to the Argentine building where the condo is. It's also very close to Dillon by car, so in few minutes you can get to all stores and restaurants. The condo itself has everything you need, with a well equipped kitchen with everything available for cooking pretty much any kind of meals. Beautiful view to the lake, and very quite, relaxing, and peaceful neighborhood. Our hosts were amazing and really responsive. They will help you in anything you need, and reach out to you proactively for things like early check-in or late checkout if they are possible and available, which is awesome if you are arriving early or need to leave a little later than normal.
