This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. We had a great week. skiing is close and the local towns are easily accessible. Great family gathering spot. We highly recommend it.

The price was a STEAL for how amazing the experience was. Felt like home, no pressure on cleaning up after, no strick rules. Very clean, very open. The area it's located in was next to everything. Wine tasting, lake activities, cute cafes, but the view from the balcony made you feel far from the city! Louis was an amazing point of contact and responsed right away throughout our entire stay. The parking lot was getting repaved but he already had a plan in place and let us know well in advance! We will be back!
